Today marks exactly 30 Years since the #Chernobyl Disaster.
Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl, Blue Sky and Call of Pripyat where my main sources of inspiration. Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl, (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl ) S.T.Á.L.K.E.R. Сталкер : Тень Чернобыля. Since the day I've read about the game I became more fascinated then I was. But even before the game was released in 2007 I had my plans to do stop motion with Lego about the Zone. That was in 2005 if I'm correct. I’ve played COD MW4 Pripyat level but it didn't left such a impression on me as Stalker games.
If Call of Duty #Zombies or just #zombie in general and Chernobyl are your fascination then I’m sure you shall love the final movie. Stop Motion animated using #MegaBloks #COD series micro action figures and build able bricks. However most is made out of cardboard by myself. Sorry but not minecraft zombies in this movie. Aside of Mega Bloks I’ve used some #Lego parts but not to many. The ground is fully made from clay.

The Chernobyl disaster (also referred to as the Chernobyl accident or simply Chernobyl) was a catastrophic nuclear accident that occurred on 26 April 1986 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in the town of Pripyat, in Ukraine (then officially the Ukrainian SSR), which was under the direct jurisdiction of the central authorities of the Soviet Union. An explosion and fire released large quantities of radioactive particles into the atmosphere, which spread over much of the western USSR and Europe.

this is the best mega bloks call of duty zombies animation I even seen. great work! is there going to be a part 2? other than that this animation deserves 1st place and a medal due to how great it is.

I can't say it enough - the use of lighting in your scenes is always incredible!
The scenery designs were also wonderful too. Personally, my favorite part was at 8:44 when the main character hastens into the building. The shaking camera and overall appearance of that scene was outstanding! Furthermore, I greatly enjoyed the interesting style of animating the figures. To a certain extent, the stop motion has a feeling of realism, yet it is balanced with a notion of cartoonishness (not necessarily a real word, but oh well!) too!
At the end of the day, it's a splendid stop motion! I'll be looking forward to future productions! :)

Lol man, we animators think similar, i am about to finish tmnt episode 2 with ralph vs casey jones. then i was really having a hard time deciding the next project, but a zombie apocalipse with megablocks is on the list, since i dont think i could do better than you im thinking maybe we should do a collab in come project.... anyways im having trouble deciding if i should go for tmnt ep 3, some marvel related animation, fast & formers 2, or saint seiya episode 2, do you have a personal favorite?
