    "Hairless oppression monkeys." I love that. 100% accurate.

      I was going to say we're "apes", not "monkeys", but apparently that is not entirely true anymore, cladisticly. So yeah, 100% accurate.

    To add to the animals getting too excited stories at the beginning: I once dogsat for a friend of the family for about two weeks. They have a Siberian Husky who is the sweetest but goofiest thing. I had to put a muzzle harness on her though because she pulled the leash so hard that she has choked herself out before. Goofus. Anyway, I was trying to put her muzzle harness on and she got WAY too hyped for her walk and she jumped on me while I was crouched in front of her so she basically punched me in the face and knocked me backwards into the couch. I had nail marks on my mouth but the skin didn’t break and I was okay overall. She was extra good on her walk that evening and when we got back to her home and I sat down she immediately put her head on my lap and looked at me with big, guilty brown eyes and I melted. I couldn’t be mad, she was just excited. She’s a good girl, she just forgets how big she is. Yes, she’s one of those large dogs that thinks they’re a lap dog. 😂❤

    Casual be spittin facts at the end, I can't stop watching this particular video as it shows how much he has grown as a channel as there is a first episode to compare it to, and second, because everything he said throughout the video, but mostly the end, was 100 % true. Remember the wolves of Yellowstone, perfect example in his earlier video Why The World Would Be On Fire Without Otters.

    Yeah, CasGeo is right about the whole don't play dead thing with brown bears (including Grizzlys). Because, the idiot Timothy Treadwell did this stupid crap and found out that you don't do that all the way up in Alaska, when after years of spending time getting WAY too close to the Grizzly population that he got too comfortable up there, and that last year he brought his girlfriend with him. Um, yeah...one of the biggest, meanest bears out there ate them both. The guy that came to pick them up in the helicopter found the aftermath and he called for help on the radio. I think it was the Alaska Fish and Wildlife guys that took out that bear, because it already ate two people. It wasn't going to stop after that. No man-eating bears on their watch, no, sir!

      Yeah I think CasGeo said the video from the trail cameras recorded their screams for something like 6 minute before they finally got to die

    • @CassieJo
      @CassieJo ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kylienielsen6975 Truly horrific, to be sure. Werner Herzog, director of the movie about Timothy Treadwell called Grizzly Man, heard the tapes on headphones and afterwards said that no one should EVER hear these tapes, and that they should be destroyed. However, they weren't. The family put the tapes into a safety deposit box in a bank somewhere, and hasn't been heard since. There's a very convincing fake on the internet, marked by the still picture of a fox looking off to the side.

      I always thought it was weird that human meat seems to have an addictive property to both animals and humans. I've heard about people eating someone and after getting past the pains it's like they can't live without it. Then there's that whole thing that once an animal eats a person, that's all they'll go after. So weird

    • @CassieJo
      @CassieJo ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DisorientedWanderer It's gotta be some kind of disease that humans have or something. I mean, it's like cocaine or something. I mean, what do we taste like to predatory animals? Krispy Kreme?
      But, seriously, there are actual cannibals that will tell you that human meat tastes just like pork. Which means quite a few things. First, people and pigs have quite a lot of disturbing things in common that humans know about. First, is the human pork taste thing, then there's the fact that pigs are the smartest animal on the planet that's not a primate or a cetacean (whale, dolphin, porpoise), then there's the fact that forensics ballistics testing dummies for homicide investigations are made out of either synthetic ballistics gel (that transparent stuff) OR they use pig carcasses from the local butcher, because pig skin and flesh is JUST the same tensile strength, elasticity (give), and density as human skin and flesh. Creepy, huh?

      In the bear's defense, the dude literally picked the worst time ever to go bear watching. It was just before hibernation time, when bears are compulsively eating as much as possible, with even higher predator drive ; AND he also planted himself straight up on a very used bear migration path. So he was kinda sorta literally poking the bear there.
      Also you can't exactly blame an apex predator for being an apex predator. The bear is the true victim here.
