Also reminded me of driving my dads 50 ford around a sharp curve then up the hill with 4000 ibs of gravel. 4 speed transmission that you double clutch. Had to get momentum in fourth, get to second climbing the hill. Felt like my front lifted off the ground. Most people cant comprehend the driving skills you have. AWESOME!!!!
God damn, just giving her up that hill. Truck sound so good and to end it off the sound of the horn. 8:42 Got that old school delivery Van. Looks so close to the Jeepers Creepers truck but the color looks the same but the size is different but wow. Old school antique sitting in there.
Oh Man, a Bro Ham! The perfect sleeper, if you want one. lol! (Looks like a Caddy, runs like a Vette) First things first, get a good seat cover, You don't want any oil, or grease on the field of plush blue. My Uncle had a Triple Green, 1973 Caddy, All 12 cousins would pack in it, to go to the Drive In, in Palmyra NJ on Rt73 for $5 a car load night. (3 movies) 12 people, 8 blankets, 8/10 pizzas, 6 folding beach lounge chairs, & 6/8 cases of Yuengling (returnable 16oz bottles) in case we made new friends. lol! Glory Dayz!
Yes sir! I hear ya on the seat cover and a sleeper would be amazing! I always wanted like a turbo ls setup in an old Cadillac. And that story of your uncle's car just sounds like the best of times!
@@Only4Trucks No turbos, Joey. There's GM Superchargers,(in junkyards) made to bolt right on a 350, or the 305 V8's. Instant 115 HP No new hood, just bolt, and Jet Off! lol!
Absolutely love the Cadillac! I had a 78 sedan DeVille d'Elegance with a 425. Yeah you had a couple hairy seconds there but you made it back in one piece that's what counts. Keep up the good work, I love your videos 👍✌️🇺🇲
Hi there, how this trailer get in first day ? Unbelievable Too much stuffs in tight space the owner should do an auction in this yard, it will be very interesting to see it on a video.
Hey Brother that was some driving get that trailer out of that hole. Hey is the LTL9000 gonna be out at the Buck if so maybe I’ll see it there and introduce myself until then keep the videos coming and stay safe.
Are those pete wheels on the Louisville? That truck is beautiful. Really cool to see you hauling with old iron.... and yes to caddy content, you film it we'll watch it!
Awesome job man great bit of driving it's like a lot of driveways I use to deal with in new zealand and here in Australia doing removels ha ha good fun rock on. Go the old 9000 very cool.👍
O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸 Yeah, I like the 80s Caddie style & always like to see them. They sure rode nicely! It was a tight place to come out of with a heavy trailer. I think the trailer was complaining about the heavy load all the way out. The tipping was hard to see… you just never know what will happen when a load shifts. I had some similar experiences when bringing trailers out of the field, etc. Some wild memories. So the Ford L model will be For Sale, too? Keep us posted my friend.🥰😎✌️😊
I referred to you you as "Big Apple Thunder" from the New York vid , after the hill climb I am going to think of you as "The Smowman" from the Bandit movies. The only time "TheBandit" drove the truck was at the races and when he pulled it in Snowman's driveway. Be well and stay blessed sir.
What's up trucker Joe, glad to see you are doing well and staying safe, and making great videos. Hey Joe whenever you make a video it's all good. Stay safe out there my friend and keep the videos coming and always travel safely catch you on the next one.
What's up! Thank you I appreciate that and I'll be doing my best to stay consistent but I appreciate you understanding. You stay safe too I'll see ya on the next one!
What the heck is in the trailer? All your dad's gold bullion ? Yeah, it was leaning. Rubbed the left front drives a little 😂. That was pretty funny how everyone came out of every nook and cranny looking like, ""WTF is Joe doing NOW""?!?
that caddy reminds me of Scarface. F. Murry Abraham. watching that ford work it like that was epic. i'll be sad to see those trucks go. those 2 fords are bad ass.
Good to see you back, was wondering if you were ok, nice Caddy man, that is one sweet ride. Cracking piece of driving getting that out of there man, keep up the great work, Caddy and trucks, keep em coming, looking forward to what comes next. 🇬🇧
Thank you! I appreciate that and I also appreciate that I love the caddy! I did my best while winging it haha I'll keep them coming for sure! Thanks for watching
Man thats a clean caddy👌👌..and the oldschool double din pioneer brings back memories lol...also very weird seeing the area i grewup in on youtube. Love the videos 👍👍
WOW!! Thats great skill man!! As always…keep it between the ditches. Multiple camera angles for the hill climb was cool. Just thought youd a used the Mack though.
I really appreciate that! I'll do my best and thank you! The Mack is still apart unfortunately and also it doesn't turn right well and it's a bit long to where it would have made this a bit harder I believe. But yes it would have climbed the hill much better!
@@Only4Trucks Yea i forgot the Mack was still apart. Anyhow, man id love to see that Mack from convoy! I might just have to take a-day trip down there. Just keep the bugs off your glass and the Bears off your tail. 👍👍
No offense, but I have a 1972 Mercury that has more class than that Caddie. 😂 Maybe not more class, but I’d prefer it more than any Caddie. Just my preference. The ole Louisvilles are badass as usual.
Love Ford, hate GM. Worked on the L series from '87 to '98 when they ended. Never had any interest in GMs even though several of their engines found their way into Fords. Best memory: Prepping the last(1991) C-900 our dealership had to sell. Neat trucks. Cadillacs were just as much a dead thing at the time. I miss the Louisville-produced trucks. Knew them so well. Literally could call the guys on the assembly line and ask questions and get answers...pre-internet. Those guys would actually play games(Chess or whatever) between builds coming down the line(I did not witness that, I only heard of their accounts) There could be quite a lag of parts on the line depending on engines, transmissions and suspensions. For the most part, the frame lengths were standard and up to the end-user(dealer generally) to create. Mechanical things are much more impersonal now.

That's awesome! That's history there! Like you said it's all momentum!
That Caddy is an absolute pimpmobile. Would love to see more of it!
I think it is too! And thank you!
Wow that's a clean old Caddy. Somebody took good care of it over the years.

As someone who owns a 1989 Crown Vic myself, the Cadillac needs to make more appearances!
My buddies grandmother had one like that. Get some QQ antique plates for it. Couple of cool old school 4X4's I see up in the back 40!
