Tyler, are you familiar with wholesaling? What are your thoughts about wholesaling commercial properties?

@@Thebluesky0311 I am - I’ve got a video in it if you wanna check that out. Certainly possible, but more difficult to pull off considering the price-points are usually higher and commercial buyers are more sophisticated

Tyler, great content man. I’d do a lot to come be around someone driven and educated like you. A lot of likes coming your way from me.
My career is set towards commercial real estate. I live in Oregon and am currently getting my brokers license. this fall I’m going to OSU for construction management - what do you think about that as a college degree? I want to be a commercial developer, such as yourself. Maybe I’ll just move to Tennessee and work for u , lmao

I appreciate that, Cole! I think construction management is great - anything that gets you in and around the industry to start learning the different aspects can take you far. I've seen successful developers with backgrounds varying as wildly as college dropouts to accountants and architects. There are many different paths to this world, which makes it really interesting.

@TylerCauble I have looked at dozens of CRMs for tracking potenntial Commercial property opportunities. I like doing more than just having a list on Sheets and that will allow me to add fields for cap rate, zoning, NOI, etc and then being able to share those with clients or investors. Do you use anything you reccomend?

I'm a big fan of Hubspot for what we're doing - it's somewhat expensive, but it is fairly robust and does everything we need and more

It's okay if it is a rebuild of zombie commercial properties
