Oakley Airbrake Prizm Goggle Review

I've been testing out the Oakley Airbrake Prizm Google for the last few months and want to share my thoughts on whether they're worth the price for the ADV and dirt bike rider.

I have Oakley Flak2 sunglasses with the Prizm lenses and agree with your comments about the great high contrast vision they give off road. Also that they are not too heavily shaded going through trees.
Just wish I had not bought the semi mirror version as they look a little radical for me

Yes, and I also like the fact you say they give good impact protection as I flew off a trail head first into a burned out gorse bush which left a nasty scratch across my eyeline on my full face visor 😳. The only eyewear I’ve had with similar high contrast for greenery rather than mixed green and brown, were cheap yellow tinted cycling sunglasses, which were very flimsy and looked a bit psycho killer 😁

I have a difficult time riding with the shield closed on my full face helmet. These may be a good option.

Btw... bought a Harley road bike. Still have, and love my V-Strom, but my son would do a cross country road trip with me If I rode a Harley like him. Sounds dumb I know, but a trip with him is #1 on my bucket list. The things we do for our kids.... right?!?!

Does anyone know if they work with the Bell mx9 adventure?

They work with the Bell MX9 but not sure on the ADV model. That said, they’ve worked on all of my ADV helmets and dirt bike helmets, Arai, Fly, TLD, and Airoh.

Can you wear the MTB on a dirtbike?

U can but the MTB goggle has more of an open mesh for better airflow but…will also allow more sand/dust in.

Awesome review 👍 only problem is that the review was so good I’ve just bought some… £170 here in the uk!!
