SPO Explosive Midsole
Not a shoe review, but a midsole review? Thank you again to @seriousplayeronly for sending me these to review.
I gave this midsole 4 wears in testing and each wear they became more responsive and energetic. Initially the forefoot felt a little dead, but I tested combinations with SPO shoes and layers that gave me the best results eventually. That combination being:
Player 1 (Plus, or 2023 neglible) + Popcon Layer + Explosive midsole.
The midsole is around 100g in a size 12 and is built using an ETPU blend similar to BOOM but with less compression. As a bigger guy I tend to prefer midsole cushioning with more compression, which is how I landed on the combination above.

No because the Sabrina 1 aren't made for drop in midsole
