For someone that prioritises and values traction, these might be the best shoes i've ever played in and i've played in OG kobe 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 (elite & em lows), AJ29, etc. In terms of traction I don't remember any of those having as aggressive and consistent performance even on dust as these especially with the added durability factor. I'm interested to know what traction you feel are better than these if you don't feel like these are the best?
I have a wide foot and can’t go up to a size 13.5 (they don’t make that size). In your experience is going TTS too tight in the forefoot/toe box to where it’s uncomfortable?
Im in the same boat as you (both size and with wise) ive heard people say they fit small,so i would lean towards 14. The lack of 13,5 is the main reason why i havent bought Them
I wear a US 9.5 and went a half size up. I have no containment issues or irritations. You can change the fit by adjusting the lacing, tons of flexibility there.
Each colorway of the P1 plus utilize the same material for the most part, so it shouldn’t really matter which one to get. The only real issue so far at the moment is availability for certain sizes. At least thats what it’s like on their official website.
100% better than the protro in all categories. The Kobe 8 protro is beyond overrated (still a great performer). They fumbled the cushion. Shouldve been zoom strobel, or zoom react drop in combo.
I was counting on these shoes being goat level traction for dusty courts - but it seems like they’re not top tier? Which shoes have better traction on dust?
I play on dusty courts and these were amazing… sadly I have flat feet with a wide midfoot so these are too narrow for me in that area. But the Game 1s are perfect for my foot shape and are still my go to’s.
Unless they change the last, I would not recommend this to anyone. The last feels so weird, your pinky toe got squeezed and smashed and it not going away after you play for days. The foot shape of the last is killing me. However, I love the color-ways and the design so much. Hope they upgrade their last soon,otherwise sooner or later this shoe will be killed by how uncomfortable it is. I really hope them taking this seriously. Honestly, everyone complains about the last and toe issue
I never had these issues and I own like 5 pairs. This might be an issue because of your foot shape or biomechanics. Try to get a refund if they didn't work for you.

@@kanaltoke8418 I was thinking of getting a 14 too, but with a drop in you want the shoe to fit 1:1 and a full size up may compromise that

They recommend to go up a size on the site, If you didn’t I’m pretty sure you can return it for a size up

I also didnt have this issue and I went TTS
I have a 2e to 4e foot and went half a size up. I never had issues with the toe box with this shoe.
