No, that would be the most likely situation. Most companies abuse, exploit and misstreat their workers. If anything, internet has taught you to be aware of reality.
Being the previous editor of most of those tasks, I definitely didn't have the time to give them as much love as you do with all the other stuff on my plates these days (and the number of preview season), it's been great working with you and feeling a slight bit less tired over this past year!

Because the internet is a terrible place, I was primed for this to be a bad-news story but am so glad to hear your positive experience and that you facilitated one of the best developments in Commander Clash's history. The reason I watched CC was for the player's rapport and banter but admittedly found the gameplay hard to follow. The paper format is so much better and now the gameplay is up there with the banter. Bravo! Hope you continue contributing there.
I feel the exact opposite I think it got work when it changed to paper.

This is the first Geek n Seek video that’s popped up on my feed. It didn’t initially click that you were the same editor they’d had on earlier, so being a big Goldfish fan, I was worried about some exposé on horrible workloads and terrible treatment like seems to be the norm when people talk about working for large channels. So very pleasantly surprised by this. Glad things are going well and will definitely check out more Geek n Seek stuff to go along with Goldfish.
Hey, awesome work on the goldfish videos. There was a very distinct shift in video editing quality when you took over! Could you make a suggestion to the guys that they do an all fishmail podcast every month or two. That is my personal favorite part of the show, and it gets nearly always skipped. It doesn't have to take the place of the weeks podcast, but instead could just be an additional release on the podcast channel. I know this makes more time and work for everyone, but I think the fans would really appreciate it!
Often is pushed back because we're always in preview season lol But they're wanting to do something special for the 10th anniversary of the podcast (January), so they might do it then if not earlier
Dude, I started watching commander Clash because of the paper format. Your change in the editing style got me to watch their stuff. You are a very good editor. You deserve this job and hope you’re happy and being paid well.
I was only able to get into Command Clash once they switched to paper. I am sure that is partly because of the fantastic editing. Thanks for the premium content!

Funnily enough your video made me rewatch the podcast about if the one ring should catch a house ban and they ended up 3-1 in favor of it, bc it would be an auto include in every deck due to powerlevel and color identity. In the most recent clash, all four decks have the one ring in them. I guess they were right!
Coming into this video I expected it to be some sort of a parody of the guy who worked for Mr. Beast for a year, but I was pleasantly surprised

Ohh my gosh so happy to see this. I love your edits you’ve crushed it. I absolutely agree it’s easier to follow and read now. I used to only be able to watch CC on my phone by myself but now I can watch it on my tv with others which is just so much nicer. You rock thanks for your work It’s appreciated.

Adriano who does a lot of the thumbnails and the art assets we use in the Clash intros is a beast. Has helped create the Goldfish aesthetic and does other great work. Definitely check out his other work

I do have one complaint about MTGGoldfish's videos. I don't know if you are involved with editing these videos but Crim's videos have had quality issues where they need to be reuploaded... Is this a common thing with youtube video uploads that need to be reloaded?
Common? No. But does occasionally happen. I do not work on any videos on the main channel

Possibly! Though I try to keep that out of the channel as much as I can for the same reason we keep our politics out: it can be divisive and we're here to talk about a card game. I just try to make stuff that makes peoples' lives a little better

Thumbnail is clickbait. You still work there. That means you should use the past progressive tense to refer to your time there. Using the past tense means you quit or were fired which does get people to click on the video.
Title should say, I have worked at MTGGoldfish for one year.

It's technically grammatically correct. He HAS worked at MTGgoldfish for a year. It's just slightly disingenuous.
