Hi Madi.. I have a question.. does all blockages have to be moved out of the body through the Heart Space.. the thick dense kinda gassiest vapors, so they need to be moved from the blocked area up through the Heart Space and discarded?
Hey Rebecca! I channel the energy from the heart/body center into other parts of the body for whatever is wanting to happen! Some parts want tender focus and to be filled with awareness and warmth, some parts want to be released, scratched, detangled, given structure, encouraged with movement, etc etc. It’s so different in each moment and I just go with what feels like that person is needing at the time!
