Yeah I kind of realized that while making it, grinding at the launch of this game was so weird because everyone kind of felt that the set bonuses were nothing crazy, even though we had nothing to compare them to yet. Maybe that's where my loyalty to quantum came from.
Early sets were super generalists with elemental type buffs, the newer ones are way more focused on one character/archetype, so they are stronger, albeit more restrictive
I realized recently how almost none of the elemental sets are being used now, it's mostly the actuzl mechanic of the character that we focus on (follow up, break, ultimate, dot, buffs and debuffs) Crazy
@@andrei3703yeah… people still recommending to farm quantum when half of the drops are completely useless need to grow out of it… It’s only BIS for quantum units and it’s just better to use fragments… Quantum was recommended because old sets were pretty damn bad so a general set actually meant something but nowadays there are just better sets for those characters and not only that the caverns themselves are just better. I would honestly put it in C tier because it’s an rng based game that is time gated… having a useless set for half of your drops is more detrimental than Quantum set is actually useful. I think quantum is honestly C tier for farming efficiency, the stamina usage just isn’t worth it.
I'm honestly excited for a 4PC of the Priest set for Tingyun. She felt a little out of the meta considering the three main meta carries (Firefly, Acheron and Feixiao) all don't really use energy. Firefly technically does but not really. Tingyun is really good for 0-cycling MoC, and I think now that she can freely give 36% crit dmg to your carry is pretty insane.
the problem is usually people either have crack 2 set 2 set with insane speed like 175+ or already put eagle set. now to reach that kind speed with new set its really need alot luck. mine was 175 Speed and i dont think 1-2 month farming can get the same quality sub stat with the piece i already have
Id just like to say disciple 4pc is decent on yunli/clara/maybe arlan too since they lose hp constantly from getting hit/arlans hp drain. Of course theres far better sets to farm for them, and i agree with your ranking of the cavern, just thought id point out that disciple can be an ok pickup if youre farming messenger for the 2pc/4pc
yeah i should've mentiond that tbh, like if you want hackerspace on your account and you have a yunli/clara to build, could u use this cavern to do both things? Sure, but the way I looked at it was like farming Duke for Ratio, in that its only really justifiable if you are also farming it for someone else. Farming the hp set without a blade is just painful no matter how you slice it.
Am i the only one who didnt know that each cavern gives you a buff? For example the folloup and dot cavern gives you speed for every ultimate, for how much time i spent on this cavern i low key taught my huo huo had dance×3 on
The Top 5 Caverns are the only Cavern's I'd Honestly be Interested in Farming. For all the older caverns I don't feel like the Efficency's there to Justify Farming
The wind set is one I keep telling myself I'll farm "right after I finish building this new character" but it never actually happens. I've been playing for a long time now though and probably have a lot of characters built well enough I could probably push for some 0-cycles if I got some good sets of that relic though. I probably SHOULD start trying to farm it.
Even though I mostly agree, still wanted to write some thoughts on this tierlist. But then 16:50 happened 😮 I see this too often, so I want to ask: why do people flip the stressed vowel to some other place in a word, instead of replicating it, when they've just heard it pronounced "as intended"? Is it generally accepted in english speaking countries to do that? I can't stop thinking about it once the stress has gone from one place to the other and I start to check which part of the word I actually have to stress to be understood by others 😅 Is it only a problem for non-native speakers?
How are you going to hype up the Path of Darkness 2 piece effects and not the Path of Elixir Seekers ones? Both 2 piece set bonuses on Elixir Seekers are great for supports, a new player could farm this to get their supports geared up decently. I feel like you were too focused on the 4 piece effects and didn’t mention as much how the 2 piece effects could be useful
I mentioned in the video that I dont think the 2pc HP stat is all that noteworthy, yes for newer players getting the barebones for your supports, like for example getting your sustain to a level where they can solo sustain, is important, but by the time your account is at the point where you are grinding out relics, gunning for an hp set bonus would be low on the recommendation list. I can see the point that i should have emphasized the 2pc speed bonuses, but in that regard, hackerspace is not unique in that aspect, as Sacerdos also gives it.
@ Fair enough! I guess to me the Elixir cavern is higher in my list as it could be a one-stop shop for gearing supports, but I can agree it isn’t worth grinding out. I definitely agree with the rankings you had on all the other caverns
Exactly what I was thinking. Correct substats >> 4-piece set bonus for supports. The DPS contribution of 4-piece bonus on support sets is barely noticeable and isn't worth farming. While the exact opposite is true for DPS sets where the actual bonus is hidden behind 4 piece. The video-maker overemphasized the importance of 4 piece bonus on support sets.
10% ice dmg bonus is really not much and the 4pc effect has low uptime + more crit dmg dosent do that much for jingliu since she naturally builds for high crit dmg. and yea scholar set is her best by a good margin but if you have 4pc quantum lying around you can use that too for def ignore
This vid just shows how the new relics are significantly better than the old ones

Extremely so, all of the ones post launch are so much better
Even the ice/wind sets that seem super good are just mid
IL mains rocking musketeer/rainbow relics since the dawn of time :
I actively farm Eagle set

Crazy
Only the quantum set is being used to this day and it's not even that great
Tbh a single Orb piece main stat can give you 4 times the amount of element dmg bonus than the 2 piece element dmg bonus. It's a no brainer

I was literally looking for a video like these for weeks
The video really helped me, ty!
(Also what does the green worm mean I'm so lost)
Omg YES i been debating on wtf to farm
Criminally underrated

good vid! you should make one for planars
THE CUBE TRANSITION I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THAT
Good vid

can you do ornaments too? i like your reasoning and articulation

BLADE RERUN 2.7 I KNOW IT
does sarcedo's works with hunt march?
Still using path of hymn for Kafka since the drop for path of darkness is bad

isn't ice set herta's best in slot??
no duke is slightly better
@Iwasbag really? I thought duke was only better in pf and only if you drop at least 2 enemies to half for the max hits. Fair enough makes sense
4 peice messenger
02:06 why JL wouldn't want the ice set?🤔 can you please name a better set for her?
the new scholar set is her best one by far

allow can we just call it "priests set" - iirc that was what people in the beta were calling it
Will iron cavalry be usable on Seele?
nah it doesn't do anything for her
break is strong enough that if you really wanted to run superbreak seele you could but definitely not recommended
Theres the new Speed and Crit set for your Seele.
