The quality and editing of a video isn’t what keeps and make people subscribe . It’s the value & consistency of delivery . The value is the huge chunk of the cake . This tip is what made my channel grow so fast in 18 months .
One of her videos went viral which is what propelled her channel. She had been posting videos for over a year before her channel surged. It wasn't an overnight success necessarily. Plus the fact that she is an investment banker and an accountant and has accumulated years of experience and knowledge in the industry has given her more credence. Most other people in the personal finance niche don't have her qualifications and a lot of them mostly just copy videos of other TH-camrs in an effort to try to gain subscribers. She seems very knowledgeable and well spoken and has a good demeanor on camera which makes people trust her. One interesting thing she mentioned about her videos is that even despite some videos having a large number of views, a lot of those views are coming from India which means far lower CPM.
It also boils down to what you can do consistently,you can’t start a lifestyle channel when you go out once a week when you as a content creator is a fitness freak- start up a fitness channel because that is what you love doing and consistently. If a video is value added and you are delivering on the quality,editing and relatable video then post your video whether it’s 20mins or 1hour,don’t waste time creating a 10mins video when you can deliver in 2mins. Moral lesson- create relatable content on your channel and make it engaging. Algorithm is doing the Lords work for us so we pray it finds us all. Amennn🙏🙏🙏.

I think nischa is favored by the algorithm because I saw her blow up with the financial videos 😫😍🔥🔥 She knows her stuff and has combined her financial background and also being a banker to ace the financial niche. She will hit a million soon

I also think that the topic plays a huge factor in how well your channel will do. TH-cam is so hit or miss because I talk about things that relevant, especially in the fashion & hair industry but my channel has yet to blow up. I have patience that one day it will!

I feel like the duration of a video depends on the topic. For blogs I personally like long form videos but for specific topics it depends on the points being talked on. Some topics have to be longer cause there's just a lot to talk about in them.
