- Hey everyone, today I’m playing House Flipper 2 on PC and in this video I'll be building a little neutral home from scratch in Sandbox mode.
I wanted to try and build another smaller home with a more neutral theme, I'm really happy with how it turned out and I think it looks pretty cosy, I built it with one person in mind but it could definitely fit two comfortably :)
Thank you so much for watching and liking the video ♡
If you have any suggestions of builds, designs, colour schemes or a specific house you would like me to renovate let me know in the comments (:

Beautiful. Best HF2 builder on youtube, period. The only thing i would love in your tutorials to see the sizes of the stuff you build so we could easier try to recreate your designs.
What you did with roofs here is beyond awesome.
Thank you so much!! I'm glad you like the build 😊 Sometimes the shells take me some time to get right and I like to build a few at a time so I have options for future builds so that's why I show the initial shell build this way but I could try to write down the wall lengths for future builds ^^
@@ChaoticJelly That would be so useful.
I mean you are so awesome that I wish you could design my real house...
and I wish I have the money to afford you and to make that house hahahha.
That's really kind of you, I would love to have the money to design and build my own irl home too haha ^^
I really felt the whole kitchen portion. I always struggle with kitchen layouts and colors haha.
Yeah I tend to always go for similar things when it comes to kitchens and 9 times out of 10 I'll always add a breakfast bar or island haha ^^
i love the theme of it and i love how well you used the space- my favourite thing about this is the colours and wood you used like it just adds the personality in a way
Thank you so much! I really like using the lighter wood colours for interiors it gives it a cosy feel without it being too dark 😊
This home calms the senses, relaxes the mind and uplifts the mood. Very serene, gentle and tranquil
I never thought about it like that but it is a pretty calm home, thank you so much! ^^
WOW! Again, another beautiful build you've done. I haven't even tried sandbox mode yet, but you've got it mastered😉 love the house in it's entirety, especially the landscaping. Interior looks so comfy and inviting. Great build, love it all😍🤩Cheers from Canada, there eh??😁
Thank you so much!! Sandbox mode is pretty addicting haha, hope you like it if you try it out some time 😊😊
This is so beautiful, it's so calming and this music works so well with it. My question is, when can we move in and can we bring the doggos? ^_^
Thank you so much! 😊 Haha I would move in in a heartbeat and of course bring the dogs! That's something I hope they add some time, pet stuff! I've been tempted so many times to make little dog beds for the homes 😊
i really love it, such a talent :) great work!
Thank you so much!! 😊
Worth❤❤
Thank you!
Hey! Outstanding design as always! Need to ask, did you finish all jobs in HF2?
Thank you so much!, yeah I've finished all the jobs ^^
Good 👍
Thank you!! ^^
Do you have any techniques you use when building? Like odd/even feet’inches” when building walls, hand sketch ideas first, etc.?
I rarely measure out anything, sometimes I'll doodle a little sketch layout but most of the time I just have an idea and start trying to build it, they can take a long time to get how I want them to look though ^^
Please make nobita's house 🏠
I'm not sure what that house is but I'll give it a look, thanks for the suggestion ^^
