Sir, do you have any video on setting the tool stations positions for a mazak t640. I changed the batteries in the machine and did a restart and after my tool 1 is reading 0

Hi there. Does your machine have MR-J2 drive to control turret positioning? If not, what you use to control turret positions. Is it a lathe or milling machine?
Usually the turrets positions are controlled by either servomotor or hydraulic motor. Then you have sensors or encoders to feedback tool position.
