I don’t know what it is, but I have a really really sweet spot for Dolores and Frank. Not together as in I want them to get back together, but they both seem like such genuine, authentic people with enormous hearts. I get a really good vibe from both of them.

I find it strange that he can need her so badly but chooses not to be married to her. Ok it works for them but why is he in another relationship? I feel men like this are polygamist. If being married to more than one woman was culturally acceptable, they would do it.

Nothing strange in that. Some people are not the relationship/committed type, some people never married for life. He's not necessarily polygamous but kinda, he just can't be in a serious committed relationship.

As long he's honest with her, doesn't hurt her nor waste her time, and both mutually agree to stay close friends and fwb. Nothing wrong with that.

I love that he has financially supported her all these years out of respect for his kids but I feel sad for Dolores. She has clearly never been able to heal from the divorce and he is being cruel by giving her that tiny hope of reconciliation. She’s become very comfortable in this relationship even though she’s not gaining anything emotionally and sexually.

I’m sure Paulie saw all these clips and that’s why he doesn’t want Frank around. They clearly love each other but hurt each other so bad they just can’t go there with one another - but the chemistry is undeniable
