Hey! I have a question: How do you not get the sound from the speakers and from the room into your mic? I try to configure my looper (RC300) so it doesn't start recording as soon as there's a sound popping around, but I'm having a hard time finding the right setting... If I set the mic sensitivity too low, then my voice comes out too low... 😕 Thanks!!!
Does the mic pick up surrounding sound when you are recording other bits? Like is it always on recording when making a new layer? I haven’t figured out how to use just one mic (I have a switch mic that goes straight to my boss rc-30 and another mic that goes to my desk.

Thanks mate, it’s a standalone MPC-one or an Akai Mpx8 I use either. Hope that helps

I haven’t figured out how to use just one mic (I have a switch mic that goes straight to my boss rc-30 and another mic that goes to my desk.
He uses an AB XLR footswitch. Can switch between his mic going into the looper or straight to the desk.
