Her ticket was on June 21. School was in session June 21. Like Inspector Quin said, school was not out of session until July 1, July 1 was the first out of session/ summer break for the school. When school is out of session, Judge Caprio dismisses it.

It's sounds obvious that school was out for the summer for normal attendance, a token of staff and others, a mistake in dates yet S broadcast that it was not in session. Should have not be enforced and/or ticket dismissed. The Judge in my opinion does not use reasonable logic and as well has no thought of the constitution and Bill of Rights.

The judge is such a disciple of the angel of law that he knows the inner meanings of laws and fines and implements them in an elegant and peaceful way. I hv seen him giving judgements like this is what it is too. He seems just a rightful kid of that angel of law which democracies regard so high . Lords! I luckily found a parking spot...end one at a meter....no parallel parking for me in front of the courthouse here. The meter still had 40 minutes. I added a few quarters... Paid it forward. I knew I would be less than 45 minutes getting copies. As I came back to my car.. A car turned...I said to the old guy... Sir.. Im leaving.... Take my spot... He was so sweet..had a Korean War Veterans hat on.... I added another quarter... Left him over an hour and a half.... And thanked him for his service. 😊 Just a bit of kindness
That's why this judge shouted at the Iranian lady politely explaining how America ruined her life and she's got cancer since last 10 years and is a refugee because America spilled chemicals in their drinking water. And Judge Caprio went on & on about how America is the Greatest nation in the world. I was shocked this fair judge cannot suddenly see facts.
2:35 - former police officer here. It's absurd that someone should have to pay a fine for doing the speed limit. I've issued hundreds of tickets for people doing the speed limit or lower and I always thought it was unfair that people had to pay those.
