Sir, can you please explain the meaning of natural being put in brackets.

Putting a natural in parenthesis is just a reminder that the note is already supposed to be natural. For example, at 2:10, it is a B Flat in the first bar. In the second bar, because the note is on the other side of the barline, the note would already be a B natural. But when a musician is playing, they might forget and the B natural in the parenthesis reminds them that the note is now a B natural not a B flat.
This can be done also with flats and sharps.

There’s gotta be a reason why double sharps and flats exist rather than just saying the forward or backward letter? My guess is more room on the page or easier to read? Maybe I’m completely off lol

It is used to spell chords correctly. For example, a B major chord is B D# F#. To make it augmented you raise the 5th of the chord. So the F# becomes an Fx (double sharp). So an B augmented chord is B D# Fx.
