They shouldn't say this on the tv as indians also watch this show. But pakistani embroidery and lawn are way too good. Even indians like it a lot. Designers are doing great as well. No doubt india is way ahead in everything, but we pakistanis dont like indian embroidery and fabric because we have pretty good stuff of ourselves.

Fabric available in Dubai is not great quality I agree ..we never buy fabric from Middle East
But Indian markets have innumerable variety of fabrics variedly priced
There are new designs and embroideries being invented every day
@rashmi203 dont forget we migrated from india, so we have the same talent. Our things are different because we have muslim kind of clothes. They are a bit different than hindu culture. We dont wear a lot of saris but Shalwar Kameez. Lehga anarkari pishwas and many other designs are also created in pakistan, but the work and fabric are way too different. The lawn is famous worldwide many indians buy them as well. Big indian celebrities also wear our designers. You can check online yourself. I mean, I am not saying indian version is not good it just different, and we prefer ours. I am sure u like urs, too.
If u compare Pakistani embroidery with Indian Pakistani is better I have seen both

Without padosi mulk inka show nahi pura hota. This is called 'complex'. India me lakho designers hain, depend karta hai kiska kaam dekh rahe ho. Plus har region ka ek type hota hai, pakistani clothes har Indian ko pasand nahi aate. Pakistani bhi sabya and Anamika khanna ke peeche bhagtay hayn. Have you seen Rahul Mishra & Gaurav Gupta level creativity? Sirf nafees kaam nahi hota designer.
