Hi Kiva, some sunscreen is better than no sunscreen, but just note that spray sunscreen doesn't give enough coverage for full protection! So even tho it says SPF 50, treat it as if it was somewhere around SPF 15. Especially if you're using retinoids, which increase sensitivity to the sun.
I just was going to give her that same advice. I’ve learned so much about sunscreen. Do you need a quarter tablespoon of sunscreen to get the full SPF coverage. That’s insane but I’m so glad I learned that I use Super Goop the unseen sunscreen. It’s moisturizing. It’s got a light feel, and it doesn’t interfere with foundation.
Hi Kiva. 2 things: (1) I also suffered from acne and a dermatologist suggested that I only use a paper towel to blot my face when drying, and to steer clear of anything other than my clean fingers to apply makeup or to remove my makeup. (2) please keep in mind that to protect your face after Retin-A, you need to apply 2 finger-lengths of SPF to get the protection listed on the outside of the package. Spray SPFs usually don’t do the job, based on my research. I wish you luck with all of it. ❤

The comforter you feature looks so lush, but appears to be light weight or at least lighter weight and less warming than a full on duvet. I love your recommendations and I'm getting both the sheets and quilt!

I love the looks of the velvet quilt and shams. But I live in Georgia and we have three dogs who also sleep on our bed. I have the trivets and used one tonight for dinner. I want the cup brushes for my pan lids. They have a lip I can’t get any dish rag in. I get out a big bottle brush. But those small ones would be perfect. I would love the skillets. But I bought some Calphalon. So I can’t buy any until they fall apart.

May not work for you, but I’ve grown out of my acne stage (baby boomer, I.e., senior now). Re deodorant, saw a derm on YT say putting deo on at night is more effective than in a.m. Sounds like you do your ablutions at night, so maybe you already do that. Personally, I have to use 48 hour deo a.m. & p.m. to remain stink-free. 😄 Anyway, really love your channel!!

Girllllllll. Keep the Sweaty Betty tips coming. I like all over body deodorant. Dove solid is my favorite. Do not try the cream based ones. All brands are super stinky- Lume, Shea Moisture, Dove. Just stank!

That’s not enough sunscreen you need to use at least a tablespoon on your face per day and then reapply later in the day, that’s one. Two not only does is need to be SP 50 it needs to be PA+++++++ BA+++++++++

Idk if this is helpful for you, but you can change the playback speed on the settings to slow the video! Just click the wrench while the video is playing if you are on the TH-cam app and you click 0.75x and it slows down the speed of the video! 😊 I discovered it when I wanted to speed up videos when I feel a creator I followed was speaking too slow lol!

Have you tried Lume deodorant? Use it everywhere! It will protect you from smelling while still sweating. Underboobs are so happy. Use everywhere.
Word to them wise. That skillet you have can be cleaned with “pink” and it will look just like new.
