It designed in miniature with the characteristics of original 1/10 Tamiya lunchbox.
It's optimized for 3D printing.

Thank you very much for sharing this! At first I kinda doubt to build it because its 2WD and only a single wishbone, but then I look at 1/12 Lunchbox it is very much the same as your design! Awesome!

Great video. I have shared the video's over on the "Monster Slot Trucks, Tanks and Pullers" Facebook Group. Where a few of us convert the Tamiya 1/32 scale "Monster Trucks" to run as "slot cars". I am sure that some of your ideas could find a home in our conversions. Once again great videos.

Just made mine! its awesome! but i had to order a full threaded shaft, the 100mm links should have done the job but, the diameter on un-threaded part is small, so the gear doesn't stay put..
anyway, Thanks you for this! Great job!

I print your design and build it now. I love it. However, the front wheel looks like slightly askew. Shall the shock absorber be shorten about 5mm? Is it possible let mainframe to store 4 AA battery instead of 4 AAA?

It is impossible to store AA batteries in the mainframe.
AAA size or smaller Li-po battery is recommended.
The front wheels are designed to look slightly oblique.
If you don't want, you should use a weak spring or shorten the shock absorber.

The plastic gear and the wheel hub cannot be tightly fixed on the 100mm Rod.
After playing for a while, the plastic gear may be moved and the gearbox will stuck.
I use an aluminum alloy gear to replace the original plastic gear and
flange coupling to replace the wheel hub. Now it works very well.

I just ordered a mini Bullhead I doubt this would fit that body tho so sad 😞

Screws, bearings and etc were purchased at local parts stores.
