I did IVF in 2020 2 genetically normal embroyos and 3 had defects. Both transfers failed. No uterus issues or any issues. Ivf done cause of husbands issues. Any ideas why the implantation didn't happen? Its quite upsetting that I didn't receive my miracles.

Mam beta hcg positive aane ke bad bhi result kyu negative ho jata hai sonography ke time. All reports are normal. Mere sath 2 bar aisa hua hai. Koi miscarriage ka symptom bhi nahi hota
