Sold 30% of the stocks and shifted to cash and SGB. Rest 70% was shifted to blue chip stocks in Jan-Feb. I am in profit.

Respected sir , in both of your example you forget to consider the splits of share that happens in reliance i.e 1:2 on sep 2017 and in Tata motors 1:5 share on sep 11. In actual both the shares have given far better returns than FD.🙏🙏. Nevertheless very interesting and knowledgeable video 👍
that was taken into account, adjusted price of the share takes care of that. Sir, has categorically told this in the video.

Dear friend, why don't you take up case studies of Infosys, Wipro, TCS , Titan, Asian paints, Bajaj finance. Reliance is not the best paying stock.
My friend from whom I learnt investment and IPOs and trading .. he was selling in Jan or dec. Eg he got Zomato IPO and sold it when it was 150. Same goes to india hotel he sold it in profit. But he sold almost 60% of his folio.
I begane buying in late May. If I exclude PP waterbals IPO (Paytm) I am at 10% overall loss. My net loss in 20% including Paytm loss 70%.
My shares in green are godrej consumers and Cera sanitaryware.
When nifty reacted down from 18600, it happened with negative divergence on weekly timeframe on MACD. So after that all rallies I used to sell my portfolio. Technically it is possible to predict the top and bottom to an extent. PE ratio etc can be used as supportive evidence.

1.if we see PE ratio of nov 2020, it was 34 & market was at ATH, but with consistent high PE market gave another 47% return with neww ATHs till October 2021. So my question how reliable is PE to judge valuation of markets.?
2.u said in video, to keep cash in fd & as and when we have opportunities to move in equities..but we cannot close fd prematurely without penalty, so what to do about it..is there any other asset available which can give same return with easy redemption when opportunities arises?
Pe above 24 is for trading not for portfolio building. Real picture chart pe dikhega with 20 , 50 moving avg,rsi, macd,adx and chart pattern with weekly chart.

Why don't you apply this logic on stocks which are growing with more than 20% CAGR from 10-20 years like Bajaj finance, Asian paint, Pidilite, Divis Lab, TCS, Infy, Hcl, Hdfc Bank, Relaxo ....

2. Nifty PB ratio should come less than 2.5

I was very excited about stock market before I sold my portfolio in September 2021.
But soon I realised market is overvalued and sold 90 percent of my portfolio as I was in profit in those stocks.
Rest 10 percent of the portfolio i am still holding and my portfolio is down 45 percentage now.

Dear I know this question is for sir. But I just wanna say something as friend. U should only invest extra money that u can take out easily in stock market else u should invest in mutual funds, term plan and health insurance. Further u can always stop or pause ur SIP. But do remember that I should only start SIP with any amount that u are sure u can pay easily otherwise u will not able to invest when market is down like present scenario
