When I first heard his audition with Monsters, I was blown away! But, I thought can he possibly follow up with these show-stopping emotional songs!?! The answer is not yes, but HELL YES!!! That is an old Louis Armstrong song that never fails to leave me with week knees and moist eyes!!! We very well may be looking at the next American Idol… I was very much effected by his comment that he was “priced out of paradise”…he’s singing so he can go home!!! More power to him!!!
And the ukulele was wonderful! His vibrato is so captivating. He felt he would disappoint Iz’s version but he combined Louis Armstrong, Iz, and Tongi together. Beautiful 😅
He went from the traditional version to the island version back to traditional again. Braddah iz covered this song and iam didn't wanna do it for that reason but decided to and it turned out great
