There is difference between the enzyme deficiency leading deases , the enzyme you are telling and written in Satyanarayan is different.....but all videos of your are really helpful.. please tell any mistakes are there in Satyanarayan or this video.. thank you

Sir, is hydroxymethylbilane same as uroporphyrinogen 1 which converts to uroporphyrinogen 3?

they both are not same but hydroxymethylbilane can undergo spontaneous cyclization to uroporphyrinogen I.
