Just a note for Wukong's Defy, the amount of armor you gain is based on the damage you would have taken while invulnerable, not the damage the ability itself deals! The outgoing damage does also scale with the damage you would have taken during the taunt, though.
@Vanterrize I believe the ability refers to incoming damage as "captured damage" for both the armor and the attack, which could certainly be confusing! If you're looking for more consistent defies, you'll want to use in crowds of enemies without cc'ing them or try to get to a room before allies nuke the place. Overall, though, it's an excellent video! I'm a veteran to the game but it's always really nice to see people give ideas and builds for players that don't have all the goofy late game options or a massive stockpile of resources to throw at every frame.

Efficiency affects both the initial cost and the sustained cost for channeled abilities (like Primal Fury). If you mouse over your efficiency in the arsenal it will tell you how much your regular and channeled abilities cost, including your duration for the channeled abilities. But if you want more duration for other abilities, then you certainly can forgo efficiency for duration!
That makes sense but there have been some abilities where efficiency doesn’t affect the channeled abilities. I don’t know if that was something in the past and I haven’t noticed it, but it doesn’t make sense for efficiency not to affect both. But what you’re saying does sound right and make the most sense

Typically the wiki will state on the ability's page if duration affects energy drain. Just wanted to put it out there to help people make the most of their stats and builds! And the ability to mouse over efficiency in the arsenal is pretty new (i think it came in Dante Unbound?), and is a super nice feature that I haven't seen people talk about before so I wanted to spread the word.

He was most used back in the day since you could melee while your clone spammed kuva zarr it was a very brainless but good playstyle but ever since the aoe weapon ammo nerfs everyone basically dropped him
