    Grand Rapids, MI
Heritage Hill is a neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is one of the largest urban historic districts in the United States. It’s 1,300 homes date from 1843 and represent nearly every style of American architecture, from Greek Revival to Prairie.
Heritage Hill was added to the National Register of Historic Places and the Michigan State Register of Historic Sites in 1971.
Among the more notable homes in the neighborhood is the Mayer May House, a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed built in 1908-09. As a Prairie house, it stands in contrast to the Victorian and Neoclassical houses typical of the period and neighborhood

I loved watching this because i grew up in that neighborhood. When the school was shown early in the video I remembered sliding down the bricks on my feet and playing in that yard constantly. We lived on Morris which appears shortly after. The Wright house was owned by the Newcome family and we would ride bikes in the yard and play what we called wreck em derby, and crash our bikes into each other. I just turned 72 and I still have dreams about those grand old houses. Thanks to the person posting, it was very special for me!!!
