I remember going into the 14 stone bracket I was so happy, when I got into the 10 stone bracket I felt stunned, I’m sure I was 11 stone being born 😂😂😂 I’d like to see a vlog of the show your doing on the weekend, see you in work mode, because I’m nosy!!! mushy peas and stagg chilli are both really good food sources - high in protein. I'm a vegetarian and they are some of my favourite foods. You are so right about social media and the pressures it puts on other people. Love your content as you keep it real. Well done on your loss and enjoy your weekend away 😊

I always have the taco boats and I use them as a base for slimming world quiche, I freeze some ready for when I'm not feeling upto doing anything. Over the last 2 weeks i haven't been good and on plan. Last week i gained 3lbs and I'm weighing in on Tuesday evening but i know i will gain. I've got health issues and somedays i cant get out of bed, I've also got a mouth abscess so I've just got to do what i can. If you shop at Tesco try their tinned healthy soups, they are between 1 and 1.5 syns for the whole tin and would be good for work. If I want to save my HE B I weigh out 40g of couscous, the same amount i would use in a savoury meal and i do overnight couscous. Slimming world say its a tweak but as long as it doesn't affect your weight loss and you don't over indulge its a great breakfast. Well done on your weight loss, thats amazing. Hi Claire well done on your 1.5 lb loss. A good quick and easy meal that you can do in your air fryer is quorn stile chicken nuggets there 1 syn each, there so good even my 13 year old niece who is a fussy eater likes them. Cook 4 of them in your air fryer for 12 min use a walbitons whole meal soft pita that’s a B Loads of salad and lighter than light mayonnaise which is half a syn a tablespoon I do 1 so all together that’s 4,5 and 1 B and if you want hoolahoop puft are 3.5 which takes the whole meal to 8 then just add a couple of pieces of speed fruit and a Pepsi max cherry that’s free. 😊 so good. Or use your whole meal soft pita as a pizza base add your favourite toppings and a side of salad and get the slimming world chips from Iceland. Hope these two quick and easy meals help you 😊

Food is the most powerful medicine! Moving from the ideal of being thin equals beautiful to healthiness’ beautiful. I think considering that everyone is a very different beauty, in terms of weight, in terms of size, look. I’ve noticed that women are getting skinny thinner and thinner. There’s also so much information about different diets, and overwhelming and confusing… Its good aware of a good diet is to inspire women to make changes to their diet and also their lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep based on hormone, health, longevity, beauty as well as skin in the future.
I absolutely agree and I’m certainly not saying anyone needs to be thin !!! It’s never been my intention to be thin I continue in my slimming world journey because when I gain weight I don’t feel comfortable in myself so my journey is totally about doing what it takes to make yourself feel comfortable and confident in your own skin! Which I absolutely believe is better for our health both physically and mentally .
