In my opinion i believe that in europe only scandinavian countries, the netherlands and switzerland are at the same level or maybe even more advanced. german internet structure sucks tho but everything else is probably better than in 90-95% of other countries

IMHO toplane needs nerfed because rift is so important now. But the jungler being able to win the game and only sacrifice 3 levels is the reason why they need to sacrifice 3 levels. They should be able to give up objectives and ganks tho and be on level with top and mid.
