Some PLs provide computer and of course the wifi is "free". But with the summer coming up, not sure how busy PLs are going to get. Good luck!!!
Or, to the guy whose wife doesn't like the house any more... you can also consider putting the kids in childcare or renting his wife a cowork space. The second might be cheaper
I have heard of 2 family members this week that have traded in their car/truck for a brand new model to lower their payment by $200… never heard of this in my life!! No I don’t agree with them having car loans but they are adults and can do what they want lol but still in shock that they can get a brand new one for less monthly payments.. crazy these times
Matt do what my friend did he built a Tiny House for his college age daughter in his backyard and it has Wifi and mini kitchen and close enough to home but private at the same time. Cost him a little less than $2k.

He in one show said it just measures how well you handle debt and his goal is for you to be debt free. So I think he would say it's a wash. If the two boys are in two bedrooms, make them share a bedroom which won't kill them and then she can use the other as the office.

Cant work at a coffee shop if she is in HR.. it will be just as noisy plus there are privacy concerns
