    For Matt from Missouri. Public library has closed rooms where one can work from, usually these can be booked for 3 to 4 hours at a time. I had used this in the past. Some PLs provide computer and of course the wifi is "free". But with the summer coming up, not sure how busy PLs are going to get. Good luck!!!

    Or, to the guy whose wife doesn't like the house any more... you can also consider putting the kids in childcare or renting his wife a cowork space. The second might be cheaper

      If the two boys are in two bedrooms, make them share a bedroom which won't kill them and then she can use the other as the office.

    I have heard of 2 family members this week that have traded in their car/truck for a brand new model to lower their payment by $200… never heard of this in my life!! No I don’t agree with them having car loans but they are adults and can do what they want lol but still in shock that they can get a brand new one for less monthly payments.. crazy these times

    Matt do what my friend did he built a Tiny House for his college age daughter in his backyard and it has Wifi and mini kitchen and close enough to home but private at the same time. Cost him a little less than $2k.

    All this time and I thought the Ramsey show didn’t differentiate between Roth and traditional in 401k….I always thought the order of operation was traditional 401k then Roth IRA. No matter though, I like the tax deferral, it makes it easier to max out.

    This family needs childcare. The house has now become the office and the kids need to have summer camps or daycare even if he is willing to rent an office.

      Paying rent for office space vs a small mortgage payment. Either way, you're spending money for an office. Because the floorplan doesn't work for the wife, I'd buy a different house.

    Charlie is ridiculous! Paying $45K In los angeles, CA, then saying the guy has a spending addiction because he wants a raise. That call is almost unbelievable

    Why can’t you just add an office? I’m so confused.

      Or even just find a better space in the current house. The kitchen is NOT it!

      Have the children share a bedroom and use the other as the office. They are not on the same page.

    I watch all the time, and has been super helpful. Is it bad to cancel your credit cards for your credit?

    • @allweathernow4383
      @allweathernow4383 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Bee. Not associated with Dave..just a fan. However as far as I know Dave doesn't believe in Fico period. He in one show said it just measures how well you handle debt and his goal is for you to be debt free. So I think he would say it's a wash. To answer your question though yes closing your credit cards will ding your credit can't remember by how much
