you should retest mugetsu, i saw that the counter reset before mugetsu was even cast fully

Mugetsu doesn’t matter, it hits through i frames or awakening cutscenes, it kills no matter what so no counters affect it besides rtz
mugetsu executes a kill command it doesnt matter if u have i-frames or a counter u aint stopping a command
it stuns you near the end, that's the closest you can get to countering mugetsu
