I have been a fan for a long long time, she is seriously raw and way better than lots of others, she reminds me of an early Stephanie G (Lady GAGA). She just didn't go pop. She sounds amazing here in the mix. Exactly like an album.

See Missy live if you can, het live performances are outstanding. She's got a great relationship with her audience..
I think when it comes to being famous, it's not about how good your music is, but how your record label markets you as an artist. But it's really not cool to see people as talented as Missy but they don't get enough attention
I agree! I have been a huge fan of Missy Higgins for about 10 years. It is sad how there are so many untalented "artists" out there getting promoted while real talent is ignored.

Oh my.. Her recording must require very minimal editing. Her voice sounds almost as consistent as in her album. It's amazing.

Hi Rebecca - so true! I've seen her in 2008 in Boston, spoke to her guitar man Dan (who apparently lives in Berlin-Kreuzberg) about setting-up a gig in Berlin. It's really high time and Berlin is probably not the worst city for a "test gig"... Anybody reading this and interested to make this work, get in touch :)

How good is Missy Higgins???? I saw her live last year in Coffs Harbour for the first time and, honestly, when she first hit the music scene on Triple J unearthed I did not like her (sorry Missy), then I she put the "Ol Razzle Dazzle album out and i found a renewed admiration for her and realised how F...... g talented she is and now I absolutely love her music and ozzie sense of humour.
Please come back to Coffs Harbour on tour soon.
