Jason, at some point in one of his movies, killed a rapist, and he doesn't kill children. He even saved one deformed children like him that reminded him of his childhood from a group of teenage bullies. I think Jason would've stepped in to save Ron if he was present at that exact moment of killing. Sam, Billy, Idk about the others.
