Hello there!
I’m creating the famous Fault Line cake with Russian tip flowers that made of butter cream frosting ....
Most of the fault line cakes created by other decorator are white pink lavender .... for me I love them to be with black fault line to enhance the middle design which is the Russian flowers with gold lining on it ...... this cake perfect for birthdays Mother’s Day anniversary etc etc
Cake size - top sponge 8inch diameter , middle sponge 6inch diameter, bottom sponge 8inch diameter.

Butter cream frosting ingredients
500 grams room temp unsalted butter
1000 grams icing sugar
1/2 cup full fat milk
1 tsp vanilla
Procedure
Cream the butter for 5min or until light and fluffy
Add the sifter icing sugar
Combine milk and vanilla then add next to icing sugar
Mix it using heavy duty mixer in a medium to high speed for 2-3 min or until its lighten the color

mmdzw florida hi, thank you so much 😊, it’s just only black colored butter cream frosting , yeah sure you can use any of the cake sponge that suits your taste , it will hold those 3 .....just to have the dowels and the cake base from the top sponge ..... yeah sure your sons will love this design 😊😊😊😊😊

Pretty, but it would have been nice if they'd mixed up the camera angle a little so we could actually see what he was doing. So much of what would have been the most interesting parts were when he was hidden by the cake so we couldn't actually see what he was doing, just a cake going around and around.

Жесть конечно. Изверги желудка своего. Деревяшки картонки куча крема и толстые толстые коржи... Мама дорогая и это они называют шедевром.

А что вы хотели? Тут главное внешний вид, хотя на мой взгляд и он под вопросом... А американца в комментариях хвалят. ( А на свои свадьбы у нас в спокене они все чаще заказывают русские торты 😁).

The decoration is excellent, but the cakes are very high, it seems to me that the cake will come out a little dry.
I dont think so about the cake will bbe dry....make sure its freshly bake and cool in the fridge. theres nothing wrong if the sponge because this cake has 3 sponge.
A lot of bakers use simple syrup before frosting cakes to preserve moisture on cakes.

Ali Ali : مرحبا عزيزتي، شفت صاحب القناة مجاوب شخص بالانكليزي واني ترجمته الكم للإفادة. المواد: كيلو سكر باودر، نصف كيلو زبدة غير مملحة، نصف كوب حليب سائل كامل الدسم، ملعقة شاي فانيلا. الطريقة: اخفقي الزبدة لخمس دقائق او الى ان تصبح خفيفة وهشة القوام. انخلي السكر الباودر واضيفيه مع الحليب والفانيلا واخفقي الى يصبح لون الخليط ابيض ويكون جاهز للأستعمال

Красиво, но бисквиты слишком Толстые, и кушать такой торт можно можно только ярусами. Так как макушка на подложке. Не разрезать. А для ярусов лишь один бисквит и не много крема.
