Raclette: also popular in the other Alpine countries, based on heating cheese and scraping off the melted part, then typically served with boiled potatoes (and other assorted ingredients) Thanks Wikipedia!
So this video is all about that traditional holiday party dinner, but for two.
I think that we did a great job for our first try on our own! My mom was always the one that would set the ingredients out on the table, we would have so much food and fun talks around the table. We miss her every day! I know she would be laughing at me because I may have used gnocchi and pronounced it wrong! Sorry about that to everyone watching!

Hey ihr zwei. Ich mag deine autentischen Videos . Du nimmst alles ernst und versuchst nicht Amerika in Schutz zu nemen . Es gibt viele dinge die in Amerika bestimmt besser laufen als bei uns . Auf jeden fall nicht so komliziert wie bei uns . Aber du nimmst dich nicht zurück wenn manche dinge bei uns besser funktionieren . Viele die nach Europa kommen haben damit ein rproblem Amerika (USA) damit zu belasten das es einige dinge besser handhaben könnte . 🤣 you won't believe this but, we recorded a lot of different combinations but the video would have been longer than 20 minutes. We didn't want everyone to get bored watching us eat 🙃 and also we were hungry and recording so much took away from my eating!
