      I think you probably need to have some personal training. The technique is subtle and works with the skeletal muscles which you can’t see that well ha ha

      This is definitely for regular folks - you will get so much benefit from it! You may not look like the trainer you see in the video but it isn't about what you look like doing it is about how your body functions you feel & you will feel great.

      It works for everybody, dancers,seniors, kids, rehab Regardless of how bendy or strong you are. One of the most awarding ways to move your body

      Juliu Horvath was a ballet dancer with Houston Ballet until he snapped his Achilles’ tendon. He then did and studied yoga for years before developing Gyrotonics”Yoga for Dancers”.The Royal Ballet in London use Gyrotonics for their dancers.

      You have no idea - it’s revolutionary. Ask any of the Elite Olympic athletes and the very elderly and all sorts of people in between who find something in Gyrotonic that is really not anywhere else in Fitness.
