I loved your show about Linnie May's Famous Pound Cake. Her deceased daughter-in-law was my best friend from childhood so I really enjoyed your show. The reason for so much sugar is because it the reason it called a poundcake is because you use a pound of sugar, flour, eggs, and butter. Maybe that is why you think it is too much sugar.
