Will not buy arcteryx anymore since they changed their warranty. I’ll stick with outdoor research and Patagonia plus mountain hardware for a lifetime warranty no questions asked. Arcteryx is nice but for the price with and stipulated limited warranty.
Mind going more into depth about their return policies? Ive been thinking about buying their higher tier jackets but this comment made me scared if i ripped it on a hike or something that they wouldnt repair it
