Couple of important questions....These aren’t meant to negative or harsh. I just think they need to be addressed. 1. Why is the owner trying to sell such a luxurious property? To create such a property and then sell it leaves one curious? 🤔🤔 2. Why is the beachfront and coastal waters off the shores of this property so overtaken with green algae? This is not an attractive beachfront in my opinion because of the green water everywhere. The green water truly undermines the real beauty and elegance of this incredible property. It’s not the waters you see in Turks and Caicos 🇹🇨 or Negril, Jamaica 🇯🇲. God if only... 3. Finally, why add something as specific as a tennis court to this property? If owner is an avid tennis fan no problem but guess what? Not every one is...potential buyers are being asked to take on a tennis court as part of this property whether they want one or not. Just my opinion but I’d prefer to see it taken out and the court space used for something more universally appealing. All in all...one of the most unique and luxurious properties I’ve ever seen! At times looks more like a hotel than a home actually but still amazing!
