Great reaction, guys, but if I may make a suggestion: during any Pink Floyd song, pause anywhere except during the guitar solo. David Gilmour is the guitarist who creates those masterpieces and a pause during the middle robs you of the total experience. Keep up the great reactions, gentlemen!
Been a fan of Floyd since discovering Ummagumma in 1969' and saw them live 4 times between 72' and 75'. I so enjoy watching younger music fans discover this music for themselves. Enjoy and thank you for taking a moment to listen too the music. Hoping all the best for you in the years ahead. Enjoy the moment because as the song rightly sez, "And then one day you'll find, 10 years has got behind you" and that is such a true statement.

PINK FLOYD, "TIME". Off of one of the greatest Albums, DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. Set the stage for "MIND Music" that came out in 1973. As of today I've been a faithful fan for nearly 50 years.
David Gilmour- Comfortable Numb Live at Pompei 2016.... you will get the whole Pink Floyd Experience! David the guitarist for Floyd, then the lights and sound of the concert! AMAZING, and David is almost 70 in this video and is still perfect!
Don't listen to people that tell you not to pause the video. It's a reaction video. If they want to listen to the song with out interruptions they can do so on their own. It's great to hear your reactions when they happen. Keep up the good work.
It has somehow become an inviolable rule of the universe, that Thou Shalt Not Pause During a Gilmour Solo, so if you do, expect at least fifty people to point out your infraction. It's a bit silly, but I can sympathize, I think it's preferable in general to not pause during any kind of solo, if you have a choice.
What an amazing reaction! You nailed what I tell ALL reactors. You can't rush Pink Floyd - just sit back & be patient. Let the albums unfold. Enjoy your journey my friends.
May I suggest that you always have the lyrics drawn up as they are always very deep and meaningful. Listen to Shine On You Crazy Diamond...it is a work of art, a masterpiece. You need not pause as you shouldn't have copyright problems with Pink Floyd.

The Pink Floyd fan base will surely guide you in the right direction and educate you along the way. That being said, I myself would like to suggest a song for you too react to. That song would be "Shine On You Crazy Diamond, parts 1-5". You guys appreciate the guitar and full sound..... I promise this song will deliver both.

Please do yourselves a favor (I'm quite sure you've heard this before) and react (or just watch/listen for yourselves) to some of their live performances. "Pulse" as it's generally known, was an amazing concert that will let you experience not only PF's other-worldly sound and thought-provoking lyrics, but also the mind-body experience of their live concerts. Try, "Comfortably Numb", "Sorrow", "High Hopes", Run Like Hell" from that tour - mind blowing!!
Loved this. In music, we all have different taste, but u guys seemed sincere in truly listening giving your real reactions. Am now a subscriber, If u don't care for the tune, stay real to it, it's all good..
I subbed for the Pink Floyd content! Loved the reaction, love this band. As you probably know, their albums are concept albums and all the songs on each of their four "big" albums (Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, and The Wall) are all thematically linked and intended to be listened to in one sitting. Obviously, that doesn't work for a reaction channel, so I would encourage you guys to look at which album a song comes from before listening, it will help you understand the song! My recommendation for next listen is just to continue listening to Dark Side of the Moon! From here, go to "Great Gig in the Sky" which is the next song on the album! Then do "Money" and "Us and Them" then do all three of "Brain Damage", "Any Color You Like", and Eclipse" all at once! Those three tracks are all short and they close out the album. It's a great way to listen, each song will make sense :) Of course, that just one dude's recommendation! You guys do what you want, I'll be back either way.
Wow .. thank you so much for this .. personally we are currently on a Pink Floyd journey and we are loving every aspect of it and we love the way you go about the suggestion .. thank you so much ..
Congrats you young fellows, you have earned 👍👍👍👍. Because you only stopped / paused the music of my youth, that I love to sing along with.. Other reactors stop 4 - 5 or more times. There are beautiful songs on every Pink Floyd album. But one thing is crucial - Pink Floyd mostly made so-called concept albums (songs build on each other not only musically, but also thematically). For example, this song "Time" has a sort of truncated ending - at the end of the song you can hear a distinctly female backing vocal, which then transitions almost seamlessly into "The Gig in the Sky" - another great song sung by Clare Torry. I write this because to get the full experience of listening to Pink Floyd, you have to listen to the whole album - from start to finish. Only then will you understand what brilliant works Pink Floyd created. These albums are The Dark Side Of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall). And important: If you don't want to piss off Pink Floyd fans, remember one really important thing: NEVER(!) interrupt David Gilmour's guitar solo! Since this is only your second time listening to Pink Floyd, I forgive you for this ;-). Otherwise, welcome to the worldwide community of Pink Floyd fans. You will see for yourself after listening to such songs as "Echoes", "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", "Wish You Were Here", "Dogs", "Hey You" or "High Hopes" (but many more...). All the best and forgive my English - I'm from the Czech Republic...
The live concerts are also a big part of Pink Floyd’s appeal. They go big. Try RUN LIKE HELL PULSE 1994 (RE-EDITED AND REMASTERED FROM 2019). This will give you a taste.
As popular as is Comfortably Numb from that concert I have to say I like Sorrow and One Of These Days as much if not more. That whole concert is just too amazing for words.
It’s supposed to be listened to while on psychedelics, the whole album is, it’s one of the reasons I like it so much but it’s also really soothing while sober
good reaction. I recommend a few live versions to show you how fantastic they are while yet, they are just regular dudes enjoying the show. Live Pulse remastered edits of: SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND (kind of their signature song with great saxophone), SORROW (with guitar solos rivaling Comfortably Numb with a little more edge), ONE OF THESE DAYS (with the craziest bass runs and David uses a flat pedal steel), and KEEP TALKING (a voice box on the guitar), and top if off with their encore closing song RUN LIKE HELL. There's really no bad songs in that whole concert. As far as stopping the music in the middle of a solo...i get it, but at the same time, its YOUR reaction channel and can do whatever you want with it....
@@Winged1212 ? Uhh. The pulse concert was 1994 and in their prime, and PF doesn’t exist now with David and Roger doing their things individually in their 70s so what are you talking about.

Early one morning I rolled out of bed flipped the radio on and I thought an alarm clock went off but it was this song. What are the chances of that happening?
I see you've now done two Floyd tunes- and you get lost in the sauce of the sound- we all do. But you need to see another aspect of Floyd: the visuals. So now watch either (or both) tunes Live Pulse Concert 1994. Then you will really see something- and hear (the 2nd solo on Numb is way longer live). btw you will only annoy everyone if you pause in the middle of a solo... SO DON'T. There's a rumour that every time a guitar solo is interrupted, a puppy dies... and for a Gilmour solo, a puppy AND a kitten. Govern yourself accordingly. Peace from Canada. (Sub'd and Liked)

Ok noted, Thank you so much for this
Don't ever pause a Pink Floyd song during a David Gilmore solo...react to great gig in the sky next...it's the next song on the album
Try Sympathy for the devil by the rolling stones.
Okay Richard .. we will check this out
Great reaction, subbed. Do yourself a favor and do "high hopes" or for an Academy award winning instrumental "Marooned ". do the official video for both of these
Alright .. thanks glenn
Yes, great suggestions by glenn 👍🏼
@@lynnhoffmann247 Thanks Lynn,
How've you bynn
@@glennbrock6560 Fine as frog hair, lol…Merry Christmas, bud 😊🎄🎅🏻
Early one morning I rolled out of bed flipped the radio on and I thought an alarm clock went off but it was this song. What are the chances of that happening?
😂😂
Why would you pause there?? Right in the middle of the solo!!
you cut the song during the solo!!!??? you re fired!
We are so sorry . We know better now.. thanks 🙏
lol. You get another chance to redeem yourself
Yes .. we will check it out and no more pause during the guitar solo … we know better now .. thanks
Never pause during a solo on any song.
Duly Noted, thanks Jose
You are supposed to get lost in the sound. That's the whole point.....
Yes … it was captivating. Thanks
DUDE! Stopping a guitar solo that good, is like stopping having sex, walking out the room, and calling your mom just before you climax! NOT COOL DUDE! Don't do that again!
Thank you … never again
