To anyone who said the problem with the Kylie swim was with Hopes body, just no. The swimsuit was so poorly made. It was a Kylie swim problem. Likely why they never restocked.
I saw many many people try on those suits. Nobody looked good in them.

Yes thank you. Clothes are supposed to fit you. Not the other way around. Kylie swim was one's again a poorly produced, overpriced product from Kylie.
Thing is as well, ok if it was only made for a very specific body type, why do that?! Like, you cut your market down to like 10% of people, on an already low number who could afford it. The idea it was a body type thing is ridiculous x
for anyone who tried saying Hope’s body was the issue with Kylie Swim, just a reminder that clothing pieces are meant to fit us and we are not meant to fit them.

So true. If they make it in your size, it should fit your body. And of course, no excuse for such poor quality. (Not implying all garments will fit everyone perfectly, but they should not be so skimpy that it's literally obscene 😁)

It can both be true though, is the issue. Clothing is supposed to be made in your size to fit your size, yes that is true. Some clothing, however, is made true to your size but not true to your curves. Hope does not have the curves that would be flattering in that swimsuit and that is more than okay because the curves needed for that swimsuit are usually the fake ones. It is a compliment that her body isn't meant for that swimsuit.

Please continue to call out the specific companies and websites where you can, especially the really scammy ones. The biggest favor you can do by buying things from them is to warn other people OFF! ❤
I feel like they should leave reviews on the websites as well after they’ve purchased because I always wonder if they just say they don’t like it in a video but not actually leave a review to help others.
Report them to the better business Bureau
People are constantly trying to rip my mom off. I told her to start telling people that her son is a fraud attorney LOL that will get a response from the company,, and you'll either get a refund, or your product real quick after that. So tired of people trying to scam people. We love you Hope 💕

I'm actually really glad you made this video because while a lot of times we can see that some of the things you buy for your videos were scams but we don't always see to what extent. But realizing that there were products you bought online that you never even received because you were clearly scammed helps others to keep an eye out for these things online and avoid them.

Being scammed is the worst ! I am so paranoid of it happening again I really stopped shopping online except from major retailers 🙄

There are some clothes that just don't flatter certain body types (high rise vs low rise jeans is a really good example) no matter how well-made they are. However, the Kylie swimsuit is not one of these clothing items. It's literal trash that looks like someone stitched together the fabric scraps leftover from making a REAL swimsuit. There's no one it would look good on, and don't blame your body for Kylie's fail, Hope ❤️

It is beyond frustrating when companies just do not respond to emails at all or it’s some stock generic response.

Common signs of scams are sob stories and a sense of urgency. "I am going to have to shut down if I don't have a lot of sales this month" "my mom told me I need to give up." Etc

I honestly suggest reverse image search with the product you want to buy. You’d be surprised with how many sites use the same image for different companies. Then you can decide which is fake from there.
That Kylie Swim bathing suit is the worst garment I’ve ever seen. She ought to be closed down, her stuff is so bad.

About 15 years ago, I bought a lot of prom/gala dresses on Ebay on an auction. There were pictures of each one of them and they were brand new. It was the first time I won an auction and they ended up costing around $26 each and I was sure I was getting scammed because they ended so cheap. But I was amazed when they arrived. I sold each of them for $60. I could probably have sold them for twice as much, I would had paid that for one.

I’m glad you did Kylie Swim, only in that it’s how I found your channel and the way you reviewed had me hooked.
Also Kylie swims website used a variety of body shapes and sizes to market the swimsuits implying they were meant to fit a large range of people, commenters it’s your body type is just so….gross. Idk exactly how to put it, but it’s just a small facet of what’s wrong with society and media that people felt like they could comment that on your channel to you. People just don’t want to admit that not only are they poorly made but they’re badly designed too. It’s “fine” if they only fit a certain body type but then they should only be marketed as such.

Just experienced my first true clothing fail this week where the shirt that showed up was a completely different shirt than the pictures 🙃
So. I had my own worst online shopping fail in late November of last year.
I saw this ad/video for super cute and oh-so-warm looking, fluffy, faux fur lined leggings. Awesome! I absolutely love fur lined leggings! I ordered 2 pair for $50.
When they arrived a few weeks ago, not only was there no fur but there was absolutely no lining at all and they were so thin that you could see light clearly through them. Just a extremely cheap, thin polyester legging.
I backtracked to the website and the leggings had gone from this thick, fluffy, fur lined material to a flannel looking material as a lining. Still okay with me but clearly what I did not get.
Disputed with seller who said it was a "new ergonomic material" that suddenly came out since the video and it locks in the heat instead of what I originally ordered. I called BS and asked for a refund. Seller refused to refund and offered a 15% off my next purchase instead. No thank you. Scammed.
Wow, same thing happened to me. But they never responded my emails.
I’m still mad I ended up paying so much for normal “pantyhose” material

The lost mail packages never said they were from a large company to a customer. A lot of them just looked like small businesses, presents, or resale items. Those can get lost in the mail too
But girl, I am here for those choices, lol. I have made plenty of ones myself and been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. It sucks when you try to see if a website is legit or not. But, we have battle stories now....🤣😂
