    Hi po, new subscriber here. Tanong ko lang po sana kung natanggal na po sa freezer yung whipped frosting, gaano katagal po siya istore sa room temp bago magstart na irewhip po? Salamat.

      Hi around 25-30 mins d naman siya ganun katigas parang ice cream lang yung hitsura ng whippit kaya madali siya mag lambot, mas magandang malamig pa si whippit pag e whip ulit.

      Kahit sa chiller pwede since pag kabukas mo naman gagamitin, e rewhip mo lang ulit para ma aerate ulit si whippit a couple of seconds or until ma reach mo yung consistency na gusto mo.

      Hi sa pag prepare ko ng whippit water lang po talaga add ko pag matagal ang storage sa freezer pwede po siya store upto 1 month or more depende po sa expiration date ng whippit as indicated sa pack. If flavored with milk si whippit frosting okay siya 2-3 weeks po sa freezer, and chiller around a week lang po..mas less lang po talaga shelf life if added ng milk. Based lang po yan sa way ng preparation ko sa Whippit frosting 😊

      Yes pwede po sa whippit Classic kahit water lang malasa naman po siya, same with the Whippit butter. Optional lang po paglagay ng mga flavor enhancer if you like lang na ma-elevate yung lasa nito.

      Hi yes pwede po, but depende po yan sa preparation ng whippit niyo at yung application niyo sa cake (i mean application is generous filling, generous coating and piping) if simple coating, piping & filling lang ang gagawin yes kaya po at siguro meron po konti na sobra.😊 fYI lang po.. more water more whippit frosting, less water less frosting.

    pwede po bang imix na yung coloring tapos ilagay sa ref at hindi na irerewhip pag gamitin kinabukasan?

      Yes pwede po. Mas mainam e rewhip siya kahit saglit para mag smooth lang at mag volume ulit, or you can use a rubber spatula sa pag mix kung ayaw niyo naman ma erate eto. But be careful sa paglagay ng kulay sa frosting if target niyo is dark color like red and black wag niyo muna damihan ang paglagay ng gel color ipa set niyo muna ng ilang oras sa ref niyo at saka kayo mag dagdag ulit. By that ma control yung paglagay ng kulay at maiwasan ang pag pait nito.

    Hi po, kapag na whip na yung whippit tas yung left over ilalagay po sa freezer pag gagamitin poba ito ulit, need po ba itong e rewhip?

      Yes e rewhip lang ulit until mag smooth, if need to add water pwede mag add like 1-3 Tbsps until you reach your desired consistency.

    Hello po paano po kapag isang 3x4 na cake lang po ang i bebeat pwede po bang hindi muna i beat ung ibang paste paano din po i store ung tirang paste?

      Yes you can prepare po 1/2 or 1 cup whippit paste. Yung extra whipped frosting store sa freezer (2weeks shelf life) Chiller (1week shelf life) for opened pack store at room temp in an air tight container (1week), chiller (2-3 weeks) rest to room temp before use.

      Hi mostly gamit ko po ay Heritage traditional cream cheese or Magnolia cream cheese po.☺️

      Yes re-whip lang po ng saglit makita niyo lang na nag volume ulit. Make sure meron clingwrap sa loob ng container i mean covered para hindi natutuluan ng moisture once na exposed siya sa room temperature (during condensation)

      Milk will have a shorter shelf life kaysa sa water lang. Mas maganda sa Freezer niyo po ilagay para humaba shelf life nito if milk ang ilalagay sa Whippit frosting.

      Okay lan yan sis, kailangan pag gumawa ka observe mo din yung consistency ng frosting mo if sakto n aba sa pag gagamitan mo. For me prep ko sa Whippit classic or buttercream pag gamitin ko siya for piping nasa 200-250 ml cold water lang at store ko siya muna like 1-2days bago gamitin. Pag hindi naman delicate or detailed yung piping tips pwede kayo mag adjust sa consistency by adding water by tbsp lang para ma control yung paglagay ng tubig.

      Yes dati ginagawa ko po yan. Firm consistency dapat yung frosting at skin coating lang ginagawa ko.

    Hi i opened my 1kl pack of whippit last dec 5 only 1/4 of it lang nagamit ko po. Til now dec 16 is nasa ref lang sya in an airtight container. If incase i use it for tomr dec 17 and whipped it, until kelan po shelf life nya? Another 2-3wks po ba?

      Standard shelf life pag nabuksan na ang whippit dapat ma gamit within a month. Mas maagi gamitin niyo eto or consumed it na hindi lalampas ng isang buwan for safety lang din po.

      Whipped frosting chiller upto 14days, freezer upto 1month

      Most likely umaabot ng 8-10 mins - to loosen up the whippit paste it will take like 2-3 mins until makita niyo na wala ng visible na paste. You have to check din if okay na yung consistency ng frosting niyo then pwede na kayo mag stop sa pag beat ng inyong whippit frosting.

      Hi yes pwede e sealed lang siya ulit at ilagay sa air tight container. Store lang sa room temperature. It will last a week or almost two Weeks. Make sure lang na malinis po yung pack walang bahid ng paste sa labas ng para maiwasan po yung contamination.

      Pwede niyo e sealed ulit ilagay sa airtight container or balutin niyo yung pack ng cling wrap, if within a week gagamitin niyo agad store at room temperature. Pero pag matagal pa ang pag gamit pwede niyo store sa chiller meron siya shelf life upto 14days. Ilabas sa ref day before ng pag gamit para mag set at room temperature yung paste.

      Meron a bit difference po kasi pag cream cheese lang pure taste ng cream cheese lang malalasahan mo pero masarap din po. But yung cream cheese frosting mas flavorful pag hinalo sa Whippit it's because it has powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and lemon so that's why nag bibigay eto ng sobrang ninamnam sa Whippit frosting, sa isang kilo about 1 to 2 tbsp of cream cheese frosting lang naman nilalagay ko just to enhance the flavor of whippit frosting.😊

      Normally po pag ganun ang cake ang isang reason niyan po ay mataas yung heat temp ng oven niyo po. If wala po heat temp gauge yung oven niyo try to purchase one may nabibili po sa baking supplies ilagay sa loob ng oven para makita niyo if lumalagpas ba kayo sa heat temp required ng pag bake ng cake niyo. But if okay naman yung heat temp mo, try to tap your pan para mag even yung batter sa pan, also one tip if d kayo tatamarin mag lagay hehe..you can put wet cloth or any pwede ilagay ipalibot sa pan, yan hindi talaga mag dome ang cake pantay po na lalabas yung cake mo.       Nag lalagay po ako from 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of cold water po sa isang kilo. Pero standard is pwede siya umabot hanggang 2 cups or 500g water. Depende yan sa consistency na gusto niyo ma achieve.

      Hi sa 250g na whippit pwede ka mag lagay ng cold water 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water. Adjust nlang sa dami ng water depende sa consistency na gusto moa achieve.
