From watching your videos I kind of expected you to have more LEGO than you actually had. Well done for managing to make your sets look so big even with that amount of LEGO!
Fun fact! Since stop motion creators block the sunlight coming into their studio and work under artificial lights hundreds of hours, they slowly become like a vampire and start evading sunlight at all costs.
Though i am not proficient in the medium, ive done enough to know thay this is accurate. Infact i have it under pretty good authority that if you were to stake me through the heart, i would probably die!
What a snazzy office, somewhat organize when it comes to the Legos. But not a bad office at all. Hope you are having a good day Edbound and keep up the great work. Excited to see you next video! 😀
Very cool you are definitely my favourite stop motion animator I’ve been watching you for a while and and I’m really glad you’re still going I could only dream to be as good as you
You have more figures than all the rest of the boxes hahah! Nice studio, and I like all of your sigfig heads stacked together into a minifig head tower :)
this was so wholesome and fun to watch, loved the tips here and there for those who are into lego stopmotion/claymation! all the effort you put into your animations really pays off. also thanks to your patrons too for asking for this video! defiantly cool to get an insight on the behind the scenes.
So this is where the Lego master"pieces" are made😏. The sets, camera, everything is just awesome. U inspired a lot to either start or continue stopmotion, including me, keep it up.
Woah, that's a really nice room that fits for anything when preparing for a animation. I wish I would have a bigger room to fit in, but, problem is, that my current room is a bit smaller and simply have no room to fit on, like an cabinet full of things that I've collected, not just Legos, Car Models or Figures or anything. but also Games and Books. anything I would want to fit on 1 big room that I would fit in.
It was really cool to see your (newer) studio Edbound. It’s great to be able to see the place where you make all of your content. And I hope that you had a good recovery from COVID. Keep up all the amazing work. #BringBackKrabsinNam
Holy crap man you're really doing a hell of a lot with a little! I can't believe you use a webcam for everything, and you really seem to utilize every square inch of that room. This is unsolicited but I have some suggestions that have made my life way easier and I imagine would do the same for you: -Take some of those minifig parts and make some NPCs. I'm finicky about mine and it's nice to be able to pull one right out of a drawer to plop into a background car or have a crowd of people, much like you have here. -It's annoying and tedious but further sort out your pieces more. It's super whack to dig through a mountain of pieces to get that ONE YOU KNOW YOU HAVE BUT YOU JUST CAN'T FIND IT you can get some stackable drawers made for small items on Amazon -I have those same lights and they're great for building atmosphere but you gotta get some more powerful ones. I really like the Aputure MC, and a pair of Generay SL-57s. To prevent them from spilling onto your projector background (Great idea btw) tape some cinefoil to the lights to control it better -For moving shots get a macro focusing rail. It's basically a mini slider but made for macro photography so it has really tiny measurement units which are great to help you keep track of small movements. I just found your channel and your stuff is amazing dude. I've been doing lego stop motion for 16 years and you're way better than me lol I hope to see you continue improving!
Ay thanks for the advice man! Interesting on the lights, cause I thought that they’re already pretty powerful I’m just not really that great at lighting yet. But yeah I’ll keep these in mind, I’ve slowly been organizing through the years but there’s definitely still a lot to do
Thank you for showing this I want to do stop motion and I'm looking to see how people set there Studios, you were also the one that inspired me so thank you 😊
So your studio isn't that far off from mine. Here I thought you were using like big budget materials and Lego buildings. But your setup is so simple and effective.
When you first showed your workstation, you pointed to your right monitor and mentioned “Stop motion extraordinaire” but I’m unaware of any software by that name. Can you clarify/explain what that was you’re using to capture your images?
Oh wow!!!……….as an animator my self, I know how hard it is to organise everything but you have done it quite well! 😃😃 Here is a video idea: ‘Spider-Man jumping of a cliff and turning into a cat so he can land on his feet’..LOL 🤣
Would it be possible for you to show how you use premiere for stop motion? I have tried to do some of my own stop motion in the past but I have ran into a some big problems.
So I cometed on the short Thor on how you got the rainbow bridge. I mack stopmoshon and clay mashon and I want to know what type of clay you use and how do you keep you clay figer clean

This is probably what every animator wishes they had!
Probably?
It is
Yup, it is
For me it is

I love the word snazzy
After I saw his camera I literally went to the store and bought the same one
Thanks for this video, Ed. It's always a great day when Edbound posts a video.
1:42 small?! Its atleast average, I bet it has a great personality

Finally, we waited all these years. Truly the video of all time
This was the most realistic brickfilm edbound has ever made
The ultimate gamer set up of stop motion!
nice set up. Im glad that you are a creator that truly likes what they do.
I have the same fan as edbound. My life feels complete.
Holy crap dude this is amazing! I bet we all wish we had this
Where is my money
The studio is my dream studio, love it all
I know it must be hard to post videos like this with your busy schedule but the irl videos are so good!
I do these a lot and seeing ones made so well gives me inspiration
Ayy the 2022 room tour and you'r one of the biggest reasons I started TH-cam so thanks
Love this and how creative you are bro!! 🎉
My all time favourite stop motion animator. Cool seeing where the magic happens.
I’ve been waiting for this for 2 years

Edbound my guy, ive been waiting for this for ages. And it didn't disappoint.
Besides the projector, this is pretty much the same as my setup. Kinda inspires my to get off my lazy ass and actually animate, but I know I won’t
Glad u were able to upload today I hope u feel better from covid

Please do a Star Wars brick film, just one! A man with your talents NEEDS to do a Clone Wars stop motion, I mean, u have the figures. Why not???

What type of camera do you suggest for slightly bigger figurines to animate, specifically 6 inches 1/12th scale figures

YES! THE BEHIND THE SCENES
Hi edbound
I make all my stop motions in one room too
Do you still do voice acting
Very cool. I was looking at getting the C920 as a backup cam or for tight spots but now I'm looking at the Brio. 🤔
Let’s go over three years he made a new one
Very epic studio
Do you know any free editing apps or websites? we currently use capcut but it isnt ideal and i have a Microsoft laptop
