My husband and I squabble over heat in the winter... I'm always cold... and now I'll be able to pop this poncho on and he can turn the heat down. I am also doing an afghan that uses a pattern stitch that torques the fabric. What I am doing is switching the front/back sides every 18 inches or so. Just a suggestion so you would be able to have the pattern you want.

My urgent projects are crocheted Christmas stockings for my sisters grandkids. She asked me to make them, and I haven't gotten them done yet. Someone on her other side of the family made them for her 2 kids, and now she wants her grandchildren to have them too. Got to get busy!!! A Christmas afghan for my aunt. Also a baby blanket for my good friend who is due in November. That one is about half finished.I am making afghans for my 10 grandchildren for Christmas. I have 6 finished. I have 1 more half finished, 1 is 1/3 done, the last 2 are 1/4 done. I am really trying to get done. I need to crochet instead of watching TH-cam. I am so glad you are feeling better. I’m working on leaf coasters in fall colors for my sister-in-law law I may have a few for me as they are turning out different sizes. It must be the yarn size because I’m using what I have on 🖐 and I think some is from Caron mandela and some from scarfie yarn. When I get 4 done in the same size I’ll gift it to her and I’ll keep the left overs.

Hi Christa I am glad you are starting to feel much better. If you can get Tetley Tea Peach Ginger it is a wonderful tea I put some honey or sugar in it to sweeten it but it really helps to keep the nasty bugs away. I usually have at least 2 or 3 colds by now I started drinking the tea when covid broke out and I have not been sick so far this year. I hope to catch one of your lives soon but back on nights so don't know when I will be able to see your lives. I have finished my C2C meets granny square shawl picture is posted on Pauly's Crocheted Creations face book page. I am working on projects for donations hats and scarf sets right now also lovie blankets crocheted around a hair tie from rose like crochet. Hope you are better soon. Miss you. I am working on Christmas presents. We are only giving presents to the kids in our families this year (since 3 new ones have been added to extended families), so I am working on amigurumi super hero dolls, loveys, and baby shoes. I myself am hoping to make a lap blanket for my sister and brothers. Don't know if I will make it, but I am sure trying.
I always crochet blankets so like many different patterns I do not like doing the same one all the time, I have a sister in law and 2 sisters and my mom all of whom get a blanket for Christmas so I like different patterns for them I sometimes work 3 or 4 at once I work so many rows of one before I switch blankets lol God Bless you

My daughter is just getting over it, snd the big thing seems to be those awful aches and pains. Her husband has it now... I quarantined for 14 days, and never got it..a good thung, because I am 77... I hope that annoying breathlessness goes away soon. Rest seems to be the best “treatment”. Our doctor out us all in pretty potent supplements, including zinc, Super Complex B, Vitamin C, and D3... I understand Thst Columbia has suggested that their citizens go in the same regimen. Great video...
Hi from Richmond, Texas. I think the stitch from your grandma’s blanket is called larksfoot stitch, or at least a variation of that stitch that could be the houndstooth stitch. I’m learning how to work mosaic crochet, and I charted a motive I want to use in a throw blanket for my living room. That’s one of my multiple projects at this moment.

Someone on her other side of the family made them for her 2 kids, and now she wants her grandchildren to have them too. Got to get busy!!! A Christmas afghan for my aunt. Also a baby blanket for my good friend who is due in November. That one is about half finished.I am making afghans for my 10 grandchildren for Christmas. I have 6 finished. I have 1 more half finished, 1 is 1/3 done, the last 2 are 1/4 done. I am really trying to get done. I need to crochet instead of watching TH-cam. I am so glad you are feeling better. I have really missed you.

I’m working on leaf coasters in fall colors for my sister-in-law law I may have a few for me as they are turning out different sizes. It must be the yarn size because I’m using what I have on 🖐 and I think some is from Caron mandela and some from scarfie yarn. When I get 4 done in the same size I’ll gift it to her and I’ll keep the left overs.

Hi Christa I am glad you are starting to feel much better. If you can get Tetley Tea Peach Ginger it is a wonderful tea I put some honey or sugar in it to sweeten it but it really helps to keep the nasty bugs away. I usually have at least 2 or 3 colds by now I started drinking the tea when covid broke out and I have not been sick so far this year. I hope to catch one of your lives soon but back on nights so don't know when I will be able to see your lives. I have finished my C2C meets granny square shawl picture is posted on Pauly's Crocheted Creations face book page. I am working on projects for donations hats and scarf sets right now also lovie blankets crocheted around a hair tie from rose like crochet. Hope you are better soon. Miss you. I am working on Christmas presents. We are only giving presents to the kids in our families this year (since 3 new ones have been added to extended families), so I am working on amigurumi super hero dolls, loveys, and baby shoes. I myself am hoping to make a lap blanket for my sister and brothers. Don't know if I will make it, but I am sure trying.

I always crochet blankets so like many different patterns I do not like doing the same one all the time, I have a sister in law and 2 sisters and my mom all of whom get a blanket for Christmas so I like different patterns for them I sometimes work 3 or 4 at once I work so many rows of one before I switch blankets lol God Bless you

It does sound like you have had COVID... My daughter is just getting over it, snd the big thing seems to be those awful aches and pains. Her husband has it now... I quarantined for 14 days, and never got it..a good thung, because I am 77...
I hope that annoying breathlessness goes away soon. Rest seems to be the best “treatment”. Our doctor out us all in pretty potent supplements, including zinc, Super Complex B, Vitamin C, and D3... I understand Thst Columbia has suggested that their citizens go in the same regimen.

Hi from Richmond, Texas. I think the stitch from your grandma’s blanket is called larksfoot stitch, or at least a variation of that stitch that could be the houndstooth stitch. I’m learning how to work mosaic crochet, and I charted a motive I want to use in a throw blanket for my living room. That’s one of my multiple projects at this moment.
