Yeah people saying that don't have any children. You most certainly can put them in a cage(not a real one), a car seat, a high chair, anything to give you 5 seconds of peace :-)
Don't listen to the haters about the "cage." before I had kids, I used to see people at the airport using a leash on their kids and I thought.....That is so inhumane and I would never do that.... Until I had two toddlers of my own and one was going one way and the other the opposite way.. Then I was yelling... "I NEED A LEASH!!!." You guys are great parents, clearly, so don't worry about the haters. Safety is more important. Lenny won't know the difference or be affected negatively at all. He will learn his boundaries and feel safe. Cheers Mates!

Hi Guys, Easy coffee suggestion: make cold brew concentrate. No coffee machine required. Although I use an Aeropress to filter. Put 2 scoops of coffee in a pint size container, refrigerate, soak for at least six hours, longer makes a stronger brew. Filter or drain through a filter. A serving is about one quarter of the cold brew, dilute with hot or cold water and ice and enjoy a smooth cup of coffee. Concentrate can be stored up to 3-5 days.
You guys do such a great job on all your editing, your music selections are outstanding. They so compliment your story line, and creates an outstanding connection to your followers. Its never to loud and obnoxious, some of the best video consistently that i have ever seen. You are doing such a professional job.
The sunglasses are a spectacular accessory E, but they'll never replace Riles, Len & the boat - you wear them best - and you're a spectacular mum. I think the vids have the proper portion of Riles as they are - his unique mystique is engaging - especially when he waxes philosophical - and his laugh is tops. Keep living the life most wish they had. God bless and fair thee well.
I am so relieved that you have reliable and experienced help onboard now that Lenny is a mobile curious toddler. Honestly, I was worried that this adventure would all come to an end when Lenny hit 18 months, exploring the boat and everywhere else, as any toddler would do. So many dangers! But you guys have done your best to mitigate the obvious issues and still provide a life experience for your little boy that cannot possibly be duplicated anywhere else. I can’t wait until his book comes out in 15 or 20 years. 😉Well done! Sail on...
Anybody who is quacking about Lennny's "cage " has never had a toddler. At 1 1/2 yrs kids become escape artists. We've raised 6 babies. My mom referred to my home as Little Alcatraz because of having 3 toddlers "in custody "🥳
There’s a huge difference between locking your kid in a cage all day or just keeping them safe while you are sleeping!! When my son was 2 he climbed out of his crib in the middle of the night and was able to unlock sliding door went outside to the road but thank god our dog followed him out there and would not let him go in road and barked until we woke up!! Scariest moment of our lives!!! Your doing what’s best for your child!!
"You can't put you child in a cage". We have two kids under two years old and we call our Pack N Play a "Cage". We always joke to NOT LET THE KIDS OUT OF THE CAGE!!!" LOL!
You two are giving Lenny and amazing life, I hope anyone watching would see how you are taking all the precautions possible to keep him safe. May you all stay well and happy😊
As a twin mom of 3 yr old boys, I fully support your use of a cage in any circumstance necessary. That kid will be climbing the mast before you know it, you need eyes in the back of your head all ALL times with little scallywags 🏴☠️🐒♥️😆
Beautiful summer days on the water! I'm sure the salt water is nice too, but there's nothing so wonderful as swimming in fresh water. Nothing to shower off afterwards as long as it's a clean river. Great job getting the nets up. I'm sure Lenny will LOVE being able to run around on his own a bit more!
I am going to give you the best advice ever, and one I wish I had heeded -- you are a lovely family, a beautiful couple, adoring parents to your little adorable spitfire. You are also both creative and energetic and young and bold to dream big dreams and see them through to fruition. I know you want to start a boat build with zero footprint -- but -- that will take you away from home, even if you're working from your table in the saloon. You will never be able to reclaim this time with Lennie -- he is your first child, and every new experience is a joy -- he is such a happy little fella, so intelligent and curious just like you two -- I promise you, when he turns 8 and begins to pull away, because that is the age all children start that process, you will never look back and say: gee, I wish I hadn't spent so much time with him and pursued my more lofty goals -- it will be the exact opposite. When your second child comes, you already know what to expect, and while it's still very special, it's not the same May I give you a suggestion? Find a manufacturer and market kits to baby safe your boat, (including a lock down on the cage -- er, the bed -- you guys call them cots. This is what my pediatrician told me, because I knew nothing -- when he's old enough to climb out of the crib, put it away and get a bed or even a mattress on the floor -- we call them travel cribs (cots), and they are wonderful, but you could put bumpers around his little cabin bedroom, with a very simple lock on the outside of the door -- like the one that looks like a hook and eye -- easy access in case of emergency -- I'll tell you this part, too, then I'll shut up -- Lennie is going to have more ouchies on his lips and forehead -- the only time you have to worry is he throws up, becomes very sleepy and doesn't get a goose egg -- but you already know that -- but because they're still "toddling" around at that age, ie toddlers, their heads are huge and heavy and they just tip over -- it's gravity, not poor parenting. I hope you have more lovely adventures -- you can also tell me this is none of my business, and you'd be right, but here in the US, with more parents opting out of vaccinations over a perceived notion that they are harmful, when the empirical data shows the exact opposite -- polio was eradicated in the US until now -- people are not vaccinating, children become ill, spread it to others, the ER doctors don't think to ask about vaccinations (which is now changing) so they didn't test for it, and it can very quickly lead to death, and unchecked, if the child lives, lifelong disability -- the second one is reubella/measles -- thousands of children in Africa die every year because of the lack of a 75 cent vaccination -- and the ones that do survive can have medical issues for the remainder of their lives. -- cheers Patricia

I really enjoyed this video, the music was very relaxing all the way through to the end! All the best.
Sometimes I forget how happy your videos make me. Thanks guys, stay safe!
Hey Riley, Elayna, and Lenny, if you singe the ends of the netting and nylon rope ends with a lighter, it will melt the ends and stop the raveling.
Y'all my name is Tammy and I have been watching you guys for a year now and I am dying from cancer and I wanted to tell you I would have never gotten the chance to see what I was paying through your show so thank you so much for taking me with you God bless show
can't wait for Andre & his gf to get a boat so they can be the second Elayna & Riley
I love how everyone who comes on your boat is with Lenny, there all so sweet & loving!!! He’s gunna take so much from all that you guys do as he gets older! He’s one lucky boy!! He’s getting so big🥺🥰 love all your videos & content! ❤️
great episode :) thx for the escape!
I ♥ Martha Wainwright. Was lovely hearing you sing one of her best songs.
You guys are the sweetest people♥️
Hi Guys, Easy coffee suggestion: make cold brew concentrate.
Your videos are amazing 😁thanks for taking us along on your journey ❤️
You guys do such a great job on all your editing, your music selections are outstanding. They so compliment your story line, and creates an outstanding connection to your followers. Its never to loud and obnoxious, some of the best video consistently that i have ever seen. You are doing such a professional job.
whats wrong with "Stick Around" Riley ?? I lovvvvvvvee that homey Australian sound.
Really good
Beautiful country, nice to hear you sing and play your guitar again too.
Has it been a month already?! Welcome back Andre, happy to hear you will be a more permanent crew member this year
I am so relieved that you have reliable and experienced help onboard now that Lenny is a mobile curious toddler.
I had no idea winches were that beautiful inside. And the sound...so good.
Love the videos there the only thing keeping me going during this hard time so thank u and keep doing what your doing
What a great video love to hear Elayna playing and singing. Good protection measures to help keep Lenny safe.
At 7:48 - - - If you can't get fish there's always roast duck! HeHe
Or a good 21 Onces T bone steack and potatoes!
You two are giving Lenny and amazing life, I hope anyone watching would see how you are taking all the precautions possible to keep him safe.
May you all stay well and happy😊
if you are going to açores make sure to visit Madeira, i'm sure you wont be disapointed
I love Andre. You were so fortunate to have found him.
"Cage!" Ha-ha... raised 3 of 'em. Caged each one. It's called "sanity."
The Best Group of People ever! They should all stay on board with you for at least a year. You seem to really enjoy their company & we do, too! ☺
Well this upload has made my morning :)
So happy to see André is back and I am glad we could finally meet Phillipa. Also Lenny is the literal cutest. 💕 Lots of love
I'm interested to know where you got to know Andre from!
As a twin mom of 3 yr old boys, I fully support your use of a cage in any circumstance necessary. That kid will be climbing the mast before you know it, you need eyes in the back of your head all ALL times with little scallywags
🏴☠️🐒♥️😆
I give the cage net about 15 minutes before Lenny "The Escape Artiste" La Vagabonde Gets out!
