Very nice hands-on demo! Would you make a video on how the temperature of the injector, column, detector, and exit port are determined?

I'm not sure what you mean by "exit port". The injector and detector temperatures depend on the kind of injector/detector, but they are not terribly critical for separation. The column temperature profile (the temperature "program") is normally determined by trial and error and that's the most difficult part. I hope that helps!
