I bought one….pick it up Saturday. 51 of 220….Charger. No mark up…got $2000 off. Not a bad deal. I wanted a final call car with plaque under hood (assembled in my home and native land), wide body, and in black. Got it. Just cool no one will pull up beside me in another one. Haters will always be haters. Cuz they don’t have one. And you are right…it was sitting there on the showroom floor….since last Fall. Wasn’t moving. So $2,000 off and negotiated a great trade in value on my 2021 Scat Pack.

Here in Great Falls, Montana our Dodge Dealership did not get allocated any of the Hellcats, or any of the special Challengers or chargers. They had to turn many customers down and send them to other dealers out of state. It hurt there business. I am glad you got your Swinger. You guys are lucky in other states. Great video! I own a Mopar ‘17 and the value for these cars is based on the number produced, owner or potential buyer. Paying way over sticker is crazy to me, happy I got mine years ago.

Back in 2018 when I bought my Hellcat there were no markups but they told me on the phone that Hellcats are hot and wouldn't budge off sticker. I drove there and got 2 grand off my new Hellcat.
Absolutely agree 100%....seen several vehicles at a couple dealers and some of these vehicles with a huge price drop...also had some call me to make deals....but I was fortunate to get my 2019 challenger hellcat redeye in July 2021 with 11,700 miles all original 1 owner $68k....put down $40k after trading in my 18 challenger ta 392 with 31,000 miles....needless to say my redeye is not going nowhere 😂

Don't worry about a value loss. All cars do go down, unless you store it away in a garage, never drive it, but keep paying heavy payments, insurance, property tax ..to just LOOK at it. (That's crazier than worring about value) We all only have 1 run of this life..keep it, use it and enjoy the thing for yourself

I got the mopar 22 edition Durango in white. Only 250 overall 77 in white only they wanted 8k over msrp, ended up paying msrp. In my opinion one of the greatest looking durangos dodge ever did

All facts. I purchased my new fully loaded octane red daytona for $43.5k out the door no mark up. I had them strip EVERYTHING out of my contract except window tint and ding protection obviously, for $490 and i FOUGHT them on that! Ive know the finance mgr for years, bought many cars from him. We fight EVERY TIME then make a deal. After, Ask how's the family, you hungry? Let's get some lunch lol.
I gave them an opportunity to offer their credit rates. Nope, went with my credit union and got 5% (best i could get in this climate for now). Dropped $18k down from previous car and financed $25k. Payments $400/m for 72 and I'm completely happy!
I got mine #63 had been sittin on the dealership lot since early December 23 for $1,250 below msrp. I would never no matter how much i am attracted to a car pay over msrp don’t care what it is. If you really delv into these cars it’s a bit more than stickers about it: carbon fiber rear SRT spoiler, mopar front strut tower brace and billet aluminum shock towercovers, these 3 items alone are $1,500 worth individually priced. Any how no matter what the case when it comes to collecting cars it’s a numbered car and plain and simple numbers matter so it doesn’t matter what all the so called analysts that want to chime in to have their negative voices heard it doesn’t matter to me and all that I know is whenever and wherever it hits the streets nothing but compliments that alone says it all to me !!!
Dodge is probably realizing that they got to continue Mopar last call edition for 2024. 😅. As they might have to pivot that electrification as sales are going to be the target of budlight. Great advice as always! You are 100% correct about actually going to the dealer to get a better deal. Thats how i got my hellcat jailbreak for sticker, but it took time I went to 3 or 4 dealers before I made my deal. I still cant believe its legal to markup these cars so much.

I agree with you 100%. The last call and special editions are just sticker package cars . I’m not saying they are ugly , they are not . Dodge in my opinion should have made these last call cars have some difference in HP and make them look somewhat more unique and worth the money . A couple badges , stickers , and colors aren’t showing their loyal customers how they have appreciated all the support to the mopar brand . I do think that these last call editions and special cars , if well maintained and not beaten to hell , will be profitable in the future. When something is very popular and people love it , when you take it away . People will pay for these special cars. This is solely my opinion.

As I said earlier Dodge should of made all the last 7 specials numbered... As in this video you said the number cars will be worth more. Especially if it's a lower number car. Not a fan of the wide body in the Challenger unless its a Hellcat not sure why I feel that way but it is what it is. I do love the Charger wide body I missed an opportunity to buy a 2020 50th anniversary Daytona Hellcat Pilot car... I turned that down 3 times even when I talked them down even more. I had 6 speed manual Challengers you can't shift as fast as a Auto... If you want that feeling you have slapstick or paddle shift. I do Love the Sublime color is a Plus...
There are ‘sticker’ cars and then there are these special Dodge cars. Yes, they have ‘stickers’ on them, but they also have unique wheels, badging, stitching, and a nod to their heritage that you can’t replicate yourself. I got a Go Mango Shaker but I do love the accent stitching on your Shaker.
You can do a cold with remote start in a manual. I have a friend that worked Best Buy. Definitely worked, you just have to have it in neutral to do it. Find some one willing to do it.
If you want a good deal just go to the dealership at the end of the month with all your stuff together ready to buy! Also if you are willing to go 84 or 96 months for a lower monthly payment go for it. Just remember interest rates are crazy.

Good question and it does not appear so. I’ve been watching and it does not do that. Nor does it have Eco mode. But you can throw it into 6th gear on the freeway and it’ll rise to huge mpg.
This is good, no cylinder deactivation problems. Get a 2023 Toyota Corolla HB with 2.0 gas engine for high MPG, and it is reliable. Reliability is not in the vocabulary of Dodge. This is all about getting the most $$$$ from you from leftover parts bin. All these decal pa ckages must piss off Demon owners and other so-called limited production specials that consumers OVERPAID for🤑. Don't fall for this hype because all of the challengers/chargers will fall apart right before your eyes, that's if they aren't stolen first. FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON ME, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON YOU. Go spend up that $$$$🤑 and fall for all this hype.

The only downside on the swinger is ,The shaker looks better in black and those wheels just don't look as good as a regular non sticker car scatpack ,yea it's different ,but if a sublime wide body scatpack was next to the swinger the regular one looks better because of those small things,Other than that tho ,They are the same car anyway😂,Dodge r just marketing geniuses
The wheels are an important difference on the Swinger. They're soooo much nicer than a regular Scat Pack's blacked out wheels (sorry I HATE black wheels...looks chintzy to me.)

Technically Mopar is a separate “division” within Chrysler. Mopar has always had their own special editions. I don’t think Dodge lied about the “last call” cars.
i dumped 25K into it doing little things "time $$$$$ + credit", not much of anything. 4.6 triton terminator, because 340hp 470lbft is a traction limit of actual usability.
I love the tint on there, what percent did you do for each window? Also did you tint the windshield? I have 18% on my Shaker and I just don't feel like it's dark enough.
I always do Limo 5%. Sides and back only. Not the front. I get a ticket every once in a while but it’s worth it since it’s so damn hot in SoCal and I’m in the desert area often for work.
Different laws on window tint depending on the state ? Years ago I used to just pay the ticket but nowadays it's a summons to appear and they demand it be removed, they have a court clerk go outside with you to verify in person that it's off. They made me pull it off right then an there..otherwise my registration would be pulled. That how serious they are, and even if you can "get by" being pulled over..next time you need inspection..ANY window tint thats not in the factory glass (like suv) 3m films etc..not acceptable. When I used to do 5% I found it a bit difficult for me even to see out at night in dark areas

To be honest half of what their giving us we can do ourselves for a lot less of what their charging you really are paying for mostly the engine that at most has a few tweaks done to it but the body and interior is pretty much the same on all models and the paints we could do ourself

Love mopar package. My wife has 2011 mopar charger it was actually special as it came with mopar interior/ strut braces/ 3.91 gears.

Just steal the fender flares off a Dodge truck and put them on a normal Challenger or Charger ='s widebody.

Good question and it does not appear so. I’ve been watching and it does not do that. Nor does it have Eco mode. But you can throw it into 6th gear on the freeway and it’ll rise to huge mpg.
This is good, no cylinder deactivation problems. Get a 2023 Toyota Corolla HB with 2.0 gas engine for high MPG, and it is reliable. Reliability is not in the vocabulary of Dodge. This is all about getting the most $$$$ from you from leftover parts bin. All these decal pa ckages must piss off Demon owners and other so-called limited production specials that consumers OVERPAID for🤑. Don't fall for this hype because all of the challengers/chargers will fall apart right before your eyes, that's if they aren't stolen first.

The only downside on the swinger is ,The shaker looks better in black and those wheels just don't look as good as a regular non sticker car scatpack ,yea it's different ,but if a sublime wide body scatpack was next to the swinger the regular one looks better because of those small things,Other than that tho ,They are the same car anyway😂,Dodge r just marketing geniuses

The wheels are an important difference on the Swinger. They're soooo much nicer than a regular Scat Pack's blacked out wheels (sorry I HATE black wheels...looks chintzy to me.)

Technically Mopar is a separate “division” within Chrysler. Mopar has always had their own special editions. I don’t think Dodge lied about the “last call” cars.

i dumped 25K into it doing little things "time $$$$$ + credit", not much of anything. 4.6 triton terminator, because 340hp 470lbft is a traction limit of actual usability.
I love the tint on there, what percent did you do for each window? Also did you tint the windshield? I have 18% on my Shaker and I just don't feel like it's dark enough.
I always do Limo 5%. Sides and back only. Not the front. I get a ticket every once in a while but it’s worth it since it’s so damn hot in SoCal and I’m in the desert area often for work.
Different laws on window tint depending on the state ? Years ago I used to just pay the ticket but nowadays it's a summons to appear and they demand it be removed, they have a court clerk go outside with you to verify in person that it's off. They made me pull it off right then an there..otherwise my registration would be pulled. That how serious they are, and even if you can "get by" being pulled over..next time you need inspection..ANY window tint thats not in the factory glass (like suv) 3m films etc..not acceptable. When I used to do 5% I found it a bit difficult for me even to see out at night in dark areas

I railed on the Special Edition cars for a while too but, when I saw the interiors, I gotta say, the stiching is nice. The red (Shakedowns) and the green (Swingers) is nice, not gonna lie. But here we go again with another special Mopar Edition lol...

Just a thought before I head to my car show with my 6spd....What if Dodge was to make more special edition L cars for 24? lol Until Brampton retools or closes, I wont buy it, much like St Thomas was supposed to be shut by Ford at least 6 times, with big announcements for the final Crown Vic, yet it went on until 2011. Granted, the EPA is more gestapoesque these days but who knows.

State of the market, just paid $62K for a F8 green swinger auto on a cash deal ($67 iist) Love the car...influenced by your positive review of your review. My only question is iI should remove the swiner sticker on the rear quarter panel...don't like the negative comments about the name by the ignorant.
To be honest half of what their giving us we can do ourselves for a lot less of what their charging you really are paying for mostly the engine that at most has a few tweaks done to it but the body and interior is pretty much the same on all models and the paints we could do ourself
