PLATINUM PIANO XL SD AFTER 12DAYS OF USING NA SIRA (DEFECTIVE)

  • Na bili ang unit ko noong JULY 21 2021,, after 12days of using ayon na sira agad,pumonta ako sa pinag bilhan ko para papalitan sana ng bago,piro di na pwidi kasi daw 7days replacement lang sila,,, so ang advice lang nila sakin ipa repair sa service center nila free lang naman daw kasi 1year warranty,but disappointed na po ako kasi brandnew ang binili ko so expected ko di basta2x ma sisira,,, nakaka longkot lang sa brandnew ko na binili,ma sisira agad in just 12days...
    ayon nasa service center nila ngayon sana ma ayos agad,, bibili nalang ako ng bago,,i bibinta ko nalang siguro yon after ma repair,, mahal pa naman ang PLATINUM PIANO XL SD tapos ma sisira agad 🥺
    UPDATE: Na fix na ng service center nila,defective yong main board ng unit,kaya pinalitan na ng bagong pyesa.

    Ganyan din ang player ko platinum xl sd 10 days bago natesting ayon lakas ng hamming tapos napuputol ang boses sa microphone, 3 microphone na ginamit ko ganon parin

    sa akin naman e naapdate ko lang ang firmeware hindi na gumana ang tunog wala na pero meron naman siyang welcome at lyrics

    Hindi nman tlga maiiwasan yan. Lahat nman tlga ng gmit my chambahan. Merong tatagal at merong masisira agad. Wg sumubok ng bgo panibagong pgkktaon. Nasabi mu yan kse sau nangyre. Pero kung maganda ang nagyre sau. Maganda dn ang masasabi mo. Parang s dmit lng dn. Akala my kasya sau. Ndi pla.. Kaya habaan ang pacensya

      na fix na po yan ng service center nila po,ok na po yan... pinalitan lang nila ng bagong pyesa...

      @@jhunlyserenio just like ng 735 ko. Since 2014 this year lng napagawa. Chambahan lng tlga yan at kasama s buhay ng videoke ang masiraan agad

    Kinalikot mo ata sd card nyan. maselan pa naman sd card nyan hehe. tagal ko nang user nyan wala namang problema.

      Factory defect po yong mainboard boss,kaya pinalitan nalang nila ng bagong mainboard. Fix na po.

      dinala ko sa service center malapit sa amin, under warranty naman, pinakita ko lang po yong resebo ko...
