What a happy & well cared for Grey! He loos so healthy! Keeping your bird mentally stimulated & challenged is key to healthy bird! This is great! NEW SUB!
Impressive. Able to do so much. To be able to train to go to the bathroom/restroom. Wow! So many tricks. So many things this bird can do by learning. Very intelligent Gray. I'm getting ideas for my bird from you. Fantastic bird.
So impressive! I honestly find training a parrot, or any animal at that, very healthy for the animal themself. But not only that, it's also very entertaining!
I love this, I have a little pair of lovebirds I found them in a wooden box in a neighbours shed over the Xmas, I could hear them screaming but knew there was no one home, they were away for the Xmas . There was more shit in the box than free space and no sign there was ever food in the box. They were very weak and I’ve had to be careful about refeeding, my daughter is off to vet collage in September all going well..but was doing work experience in different vets, so a vet she was working with gave us chick booster to give them a boost..I guess lol..but there happy to sit on my hand now, a pair is harder than a single bird to tame. Ppl were telling me the only way to tame them was clipping there wings..over my dead body..some ppl don’t like spraying water at birds but it was the only way I could get any control over them..I wanted to be able to let them out but needed to be able to get them back in when i needed to go out..so I would spray them..they only got wet wet wet the first two nights then after that all I have to do is pick up the bottle and say down to you’re cage and they fly down ..I hope to get them into a bit of free flight training only because if they got out right now I hate to think of the outcome where if we have recall training if they do get out we can put that into practice..I think if one got out right now I could use the other to get it back, but I’d rather be safe than sorry..I also have a macaw chick to be he/she’s 13 days old today who will be free flying because it has to be the best life for a parrot.. I started a Facebook group for anyone interested in Freeflight or actively free flying birds in Ireland a couple of days ago so we don’t have many members yet so all are welcome , you don’t have to be Irish or have a parrot as we will be posting pictures videos and tips on bird ownership .. it’s called. Irish flyers (Macaw). I’m not sure why I put macaw in brackets , it should have been parrot but that’s how it looks when you do a search.
BRAVO, GORGEOUS BIRDY!!! LOVE THIS VIDEO. SMART OWNER, TOO. (WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER MY AMAZING CONGO ♡♡♡) That God would give them such brains & heart is beyond comprehension. But know this: HUGE responsibility & expense. These are not give-away creatures. They are wild, undomesticated, & YOU are their entire flock😄 There are very few true bird people who will understand. Classes should be given on parrot ownership BEFORE you buy/adopt!. I say this w/love & respect.
He's smart and nice looking cag. I'd like to see how he does when he starts talking. I have an older cag and talks a lot but i didn't have time to train him like you' do. Thanks for sharing and will be following the progress.
Awwwww!! He is very cute!! Mine is 2yrs, very naughty and smart too, he is my life!! I bought him wen he was 5 weeks old, he is free flight and no cage for him 🙈
Hello Yiannos, would it be OK if I use some of your videos in my funny pets compilation. I will credit you in the description and comments. Thank you :)
Very intelligent Grey. You should bring him to Cape Town to show my Grey Jack a few tricks. He is so scared to play with toys and wont get in his cage if I introduce something new. I am his 4th owner so I dont understand where his fear of things stemmed from. He loves chatting though! Good work...bravo to the trainer
What a healthy and intelligent birdy. How old is your bird in this video ? How’s is he/she doing now ? Would be glad if you share more of his/her video.👍
Not sure where that comment came from as this is the first time I have seen this video, let alone commented on it. Considering my experience with parrots that comment made with my name on it would make me look foolish ....something i am not especially when it comes to parrots, otherwise mine would be in HUGE trouble .
wow, what a smart bird! and you are obviously a good trainer. so, why are your bird's wings clipped so horribly short? you can train your bird to do all this...then why do you not allow him/her to fly? you can certainly train to fly to you and to stay put. i was crying while seeing those wings so short--the bird would surely hurt himself if he/she fell. :(

You should be careful with the pooping one. I heard that it may force the parrots too much too poop on command, possibly damaging intestants. You should still give him a treat if he does not poop in a couple seconds.
Nah bruh, make both of your lives easier and invest in some foraging/puzzle toys. I keep like 10 different puzzle toys that I can put treats inside of. I refill them with treats and rotate the toys in and out of his cage so he doesn't get bored with them. It keeps him busy, entertained, and quiet when I can't spend time with him.
Well parrots are very social, so you need to spend a lot of time with them and handle them a lot. If you don't have enough time to spend with them, consider getting another parrot so they can both entertain each other
Ah.. but its your responsibility. I see you are very good with training. Focus on the flying as well. it can be done . th-cam.com/video/kfImNrNxs8E/w-d-xo.html
Wonderful job! I especially liked the end where he talks. I wish I could share mine. If you want more ideas, you can log onto instagram at: dana.berki to see. But, please research sun flower seeds are actually bad for parrots. Also, peanuts with the shells on them can contain a mold that is deadly to parrots. Please research this and make your own choice. I use almonds crushed to bits and use the bit pieces. thanks for a great video however.

NEW SUB!
I think his wings are clipped, look again
I agree, except that he shouldn't be picking coins . they are often full of germs.
This deserves to be more popular
Lovey parrot of yours.

aspen anderson this is not a parrot it's a human lol. How clever is that parrot.
I love your bird. Very intellegent 😮!!
That is a very smart Bird. My only advise is don't use money that has zinc in it for it will kill your bird!
Finally i found video about tricks, not only about sounds and talking. I love how smart your parrot is.
gamer pro thanks
Family education is important, but you really need to send him school at some point...

Alex Castillo Thanks. You need time to train the bird. At least 1 hour a day
I've trained my African Grey to poop on command. She will NEVER poop on the carpet or my back and only does it in her cage. These are amazing pets!!!
How did you train him to do that?
amazing x
Awwwww!! He is very cute!! Mine is 2yrs, very naughty and smart too, he is my life!! I bought him wen he was 5 weeks old, he is free flight and no cage for him 🙈

Bravo
Maravilloso. Lo felicito Sr por tener tanta paciencia! A su vez siento que el loro está muy exigido. No puede ser él mismo
Can you show how you train him or write a blog. I'd love to know and also you could write a book on it and get money out of it haha.
Faith step by step.

BlueyePhotog clip wings for his safety
Yiannos Savva how is that for his safety? I have had birds for over 30 years. Never clipped them. I would suggest to let them be more natural ❤️
