Many of his stand-up is like Crish Rock's given b-material but I think he is best in this kinda format, like podcast interview/just talk with quests. Clips what I saw from the talkshow was good but he shouldn't want to thrive for contemporary tv because it's dying.

What's underrated to you? Is having a lifelong successful career underrated to you? Why do people always say this? Because in your head he's underrated? What data do you have to say he's underrated? People literally say this under Norms videos too, when Norm is one of the most highly rated comedians of all time. For example, just because Kevin Hart MIGHT have more of a following, doesn't mean anything. Kevin Hart can't hold Norm's jockstrap. He's just mainstream. Some people don't want to be mainstream, some people don't like mainstream. In what way does Spade get no respect? He doesn't get invited on all the same talk shows Norm does? What the hell are you talking about?
Why is Kevin Hart more highly rated? Because of how many people he can pack into a stadium? Yet he's never on any shows doing interviews. Other comedians are never talking about him. Because people aren't actually interested in him. That should show you Norm and Spade are more higher rated than these other clowns.
Norm on This Past Weekend could very well be the potential peak of podcasting

Just yesterday, I found Theo Von channel looking for Norm stories, its sad and painful knowing that in less than 24 hours, Norm, who I didnt knew, isnt around us anymore. Cant sleep, wanna laught because of Norm but i cant stop crying. I love Norm so much, of course hes gonna be missed.

In Germany in 1932 a lot of Germans said the exact same thing. Politics isn't something you get to choose to avoid. The ONLY way to avoid Politics is to be anti Political. Trevor Noah's comedy is so dry it's cringe when they play a laugh track on top of it but without the laugh track you'd hear crickets and maybe a few coughs and fart, that silent.

I really like the angle Spade came from for the show but he's wrong. Trevor Noah is not good at political humor. To make it worse he is trying to fill the shoes of a master like Jon Stewart.
Trevor Noah is just awful. He's nothing more than a Democrat propagandist...absolutely no attempt at being unbiased. There's nothing comedic (or accurate) about what he does.

In Australia we have those sweet fleshed fish like Snapper, Barramundi, Cod, Tuna and even Salmon and Ocean Trout that when freshly caught there is no smell and then cooked they are not fishy, however the fishy fish are the most healthiest to eat, the grey silvery skin fish like Mackrel and sea Mullet, sardines, pilchards jam packed with Omega 3 fatty acids

I met Jay Leno twice, regarding things to do with his favorite hobby at his Warehouse. He really is a genuinely nice guy! After 5mins, he makes u feel so comfortable, you feel like your talking to a normal guy, and forget it's Jay Leno. He also only spent the money he earned doing stand up on this expensive Hobby, and saved most every penny he made hosting The Tonight Show.
Spade seems super chill.
On a side note, I really like that table they are using. Needs a bit of polishing, but nice grain.
I first saw David in “The Benchwarmers” and was an instant fan. Really happy to see the dude is a solid fucking dude

Unfortunately, too many comedians use politics (especially Trump bashing) as a crutch, and now that he isn't president, the audience will discover how lazy and unfunny they are. Chelsea Handler, Trevor Noah, Seth Myers, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, etc. Because Spade stays away from politics, his comedy won't age badly.
All of the people you listed were funny before trump. And during trump. And will continue being funny after trump. Trump didnt ruin comedy. You just don’t know how to take joke even though you voted for one

So, of course you find these people funny. This is your default position. If they agree, then they must be a good person and therefore they can be funny.
You aren't listening to the substance of the jokes. There is nothing objectively funny about John Oliver, or Trevor Noah. All their jokes rely on the low hanging fruit and the echo chamber they put themselves in. They used to be funny when they didn't poison themselves with the idea that they think half the country is literal Nazis. Then the jokes don't come from a place where they want to make people laugh, but a place of fear of the other. They've learned to hate half their audience because they were poisoned with the lefist propaganda machine they work for.
So, they aren't telling jokes, they are helping their corporate bosses to socially engineer society. It's not comedy. It's too bad you can't come to terms with it. There are no more main stream comedians that don't tow the line. They even got Norm to apologize for something innocuous. Why? He was under the thumb of Netflix. Listen to his show before Netflix. If you want to be on T.V. you have to be a liberal, or a very quiet anything else.
In a world where you get fired for your opinion, Jimmy Kimmel's goal isn't to be funny. He has to appease his owner or lose everything. This makes all these people not funny. The spirit of it is not comedy, because the idea is to change the opinions of people by shaming them. And they arrogantly treat half the audience as backward thinking idiots whom they must teach the correct morals to.

His show, and his HBO Trump bash show, aren't funny at all.
