I came back to this after the LCS released the top 10 caster calls for the NA region. My mind immediately went to the end of this miraculous run. "That's gonna be the Nexus, that's gonna be the game, that's gonna be a trip to the World Championship for Cloud9". This was the first year that I had become an avid Cloud9 fan. I never watched any of their finals win. The first split I watched them play, they lost the 2015 Summer Finals 2-3 against TSM. The first finals that I saw C9 win since watching them happened in 2020. I watched C9 rise up with moments like these, and fall so quickly in their finals and I had to wait 5 years to watch them win another. I will always be a C9 fan and I'm hoping they pull another win this year in the Summer of 2022. #C9Forever #C9WIN
who else watched this live when it happened and still comes back to see these highlights from time to time? this was peek LCS, these OG teams like c9 were still just five dudes who came together before teams were so profesionalized, and some of the runs they had were just magical, this one being at the top of those
I've watched this video about 25 times now, I love it. It combines my love of C9 and my love of the music from Interstellar. Thank you very much for making this video
Think the use of low-pass filter to affect the audio is great man, definitely adds the feels at the start with the music. Great effort, had me tingling.
The audio was pretty good, but I think the effect would have been made better with small clips from the first games of each series rather than just text explaining what happened.
Good thing someone actually made a nice little video for their journey. However, it's really rushed and I would've loved to see more montages from the gauntlet, especially their emotions/game winning plays.
Hey man! First off glad you liked it and thanks for the support. For the clips I just downloaded them off TH-cam from various places whether it be Riot's features on the players/team, or just post game clips during the broadcast. For editing I used Adobe Premiere, I don't think I used After Effects for this particular video, so you would be good with just premiere. In my opinion Premiere is the best video editing software!
That was just an effect I was going for, I think it helps feel like you're immersed in the video. I also understand that some people won't like it, I tried both and I felt that this was the better option of the too. The technical term/effect is a lowpass filter.
+Cj Lane I really liked the video and the filter in the beginning, maybe just use it a little more sparingly so people don't confuse it with the actual audio quality.
Really nice vid! One thing : you should credit the music just to make sure :) It comes from Interstellar and big shots like Warner Bros Entertainment don't like when we don't give them the credit ! Good choice of music anyway :)
There's too much text. You can't convey an epic comeback without showing them at their lowest. Text is not enough for this. You should show their failures and their defeats. That makes their victories much more meaningful. Also you didn't use any of the really exciting plays. Where was sneaky's quarakill? Sure, there were really important in the context of the game, but they're not very exciting. In this type of video we don't have the context so we need the excitement. I really liked the audio, except for one small thing. There was a spot where you cut the audio mid sentence and it really stood out. You could just fade out the audio or something. Other than that, the I really liked the audio.
Exactly. The audio quality was not an issue like others say. It's that some of the most defining and/or exciting moments of that run were completely omitted.
Wow, i remember this miracle run like it was yesterday. Undoubtly my favorite time of LCS. Great production!

All the dislikes from people who don't get the point of the audio sounding like that smh
Don't let what people are saying about the audio disturb you. You did an amazing job with this video. Every video will have haters.

Great video. Absolutely love the choice of music, the Interstellar OST is perfect and I never would have thought of it myself.
Great memories

Nice Video man!
amazing production
This was amazing in my opinion. As a person who does audio and sound for theater, I loved the muffled audio effect :) Keep up the good work
I remember watching all these miracle run games live

Amazing !
this deserves 1.000..000 clicks...

Awesome video
Very disappointed there were no Piglet or Fenix tears.

Sounds like it was recorded on an old-timey radio, other than that, great vid, much feels :)

Cj Lane

before TL VS C9 u should have made the sound fade out
whats up with the audio quality? It feels very hard to listen to the voices, even with headphones.

+Cj Lane I really liked the video and the filter in the beginning, maybe just use it a little more sparingly so people don't confuse it with the actual audio quality.
+Cj Lane Typically when use this type of effect, as things pickup and become more exciting, you stop using this effect, to boost the excitement.
+Cj Lane I like the idea but I would say distort it in a different way or turn up the volume on it JUST a tad more so we can hear it a bit better.
+Cj Lane I like the filter. Keeps it dramatic. Some people came here to get hyped, which explains why they don't like the stiff atmosphere.
Really nice vid! One thing : you should credit the music just to make sure :) It comes from Interstellar and big shots like Warner Bros Entertainment don't like when we don't give them the credit ! Good choice of music anyway :)
why didn't you choose scenes with even less exciting gameplay?
Is the music from interstellar?
+Vin Ngo yes it is ;)
Great video. The audio was hard to hear in some places and the ending could have been more climatic, but overall nice video.
nice interstellar soundtrack lol
